I work Monday through Friday from 8:20 AM to 2:20 PM and have weekends completely free. I’m currently in the process of getting a second job, so my schedule may change a bit. My girlfriend helps me take care of the dogs; she goes to school full-time with a different schedule each day, but we’re both available on weekends.

Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I don’t have kids, so you don’t have to worry about dogs being around children or dealing with rough handling. I do have two cats and one small dog. My dog mostly keeps to herself and is shy and a bit awkward, so she won’t bother your dog. If she ever feels overwhelmed, she may give a quick snap or yap to show she’s annoyed, but she is not aggressive and has never hurt another dog. Dogs staying with me must be okay around cats and not chase or scare them. Calm play is totally fine. I live in an apartment with a small patio for potty breaks, and I can also walk dogs to the grass areas around the complex. Since I have nearby neighbors, it’s important that dogs don’t bark or cry excessively, so please let me know if that’s something your dog struggles with. I’m comfortable following specific feeding routines and diets, including portioning meals, feeding at set times, and handling special food needs. I’m also comfortable using crates, gates, or separate rooms if needed. I have experience caring for puppies and senior dogs, including giving medications and vitamins, and I always supervise and adjust care to each dog’s needs.

1. Please let me know how much food your dog gets and how many times a day it eats. 2. Please let me know if your dog can be left alone and for how long it can be left alone. (Especially online with cats or other dogs.) Also, if you prefer for it to be put in a cage or in gated somewhere while I’m gone. 3. Please let me know if your dog is potty trained or if atleast it knows how to use puppy pads. 4. Please let me know if your dog is an escape artist. (Tries to break out from the fenced patio or run out the front door.) 5. Please let me know if your dog will let me pet it or if it’s scared or might bite me. 6. Please let me know if your dog will try to destroy any property in our home or if it will eat anything of the counters. 7. Last but not least, please let me know if your dog will cry or bark the whole time we are not home or start jumping at the door. Thank you so much! Sorry for all the rules, I’ve just had some tough dogs so I need to know they abide by all these things. :)
A typical day
A typical day with me includes lots of attention, love, and quality time. Dogs are welcome on the furniture, and we spend plenty of time playing, cuddling, and just hanging out together. They can sleep on the bed with us and relax on the couch, but if you prefer they don’t do that so it doesn’t become a habit at home, I’m happy to follow your rules — just let me know. We take dogs on walks, spend supervised time outside on the patio, and play with toys throughout the day. I always keep an eye on them and make sure they feel comfortable and included. If you’d like your dog bathed or cleaned so they don’t go home stinky, just let me know — I’m happy to help. My goal is for every dog to feel loved, safe, and relaxed, just like they’re at home. :)
