This was our first experience with Rover. It could not have been easier. Taryn has fantastic reviews and from what we experienced, she deserves every one of them. “Juliet is very sweet and loving with the dogs - she doesn't get flustered or upset when they exhibit typical doggie behaviors (such as occasional accidents or being homesick for their owners,) and we could tell when we got our dogs back that they were very, very loved. She also sent us photos and a video to help us stay connected while we were out of town. The only thing that could have been a problem at all, was that Juliet's Rover profile does need to be updated: it is no longer a "non-smoking household," or "no children present" situation. We could smell the smoke and see the cigarette butts when we did a meet and greet prior to our boarding, and were made aware that a child was now also living in the home. Neither of these things were deal-breakers for us, but they could be for others who are very sensitive to smoke, or whose dogs aren't ok with children. My dogs did not come home smelling of smoke, nor did their bedding, so all is good! We really love Juliet, and I think our dogs really do too. :) Thank you for taking such great care of them!!! I recommend her to anyone, and would definitely not hesitate to use her services again in the future!”

He cared for my first dog for most of his life(17 years) and has cared for my Rosie since we got her 6 years ago.
