About: I have grown up around dogs and cats since I was 12 and currently have a pure bred siberian Husky Named Maya. Maya gets about 4 miles a day and she has a history of seizures so I spend most of my free time with her and always give her the best food for her specific breed and treats. I take the wellbeing of any animals in my care with utmost care and compassion and will happily care for any under my care with love and their wellbeing in mind! Kara was absolutely amazing! She took such wonderful care of our girls while we were away and followed every instruction perfectly. She truly went above and beyond—not only did she make sure our cats were happy, loved, and well cared for, but she also took the time to feed the neighborhood "ferals" that we look after. One of the things we appreciated most was that she sent us plenty of pictures and videos throughout our trip. Seeing our girls happy, relaxed, and getting lots of attention gave us tremendous peace of mind and allowed us to truly enjoy our vacation. Ruth was such an amazing help with my 3 large dogs! We had a meet and greet with the animals and she took her time with my skittish dog who I was most worried for. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
