About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life. I grew up with dogs in my home and have been dog sitting for over 10 years, caring for pups of all sizes and personalities. I genuinely love animals and treat every dog like my own—making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for. I am a very active individual so I make sure they get lots of playtime and walks:) I work full time, 8–5, but I always come home during my lunch break for about an hour. I also take nightly walks. I’m available on weekends and am usually home. I care for pets by following their normal routine as closely as possible so they feel comfortable and secure. This includes feeding them on their regular schedule, providing fresh water, taking them on walks, and giving them plenty of attention, playtime, and companionship. In a client’s home, I respect their space and follow all instructions carefully to keep the pet’s routine consistent and stress-free. I also make sure to keep the home clean and provide updates as needed so owners feel reassured while they’re away.

I just needed someone to come by and feed my elderly cat twice a day for 3 weeks, but Samantha went above and beyond. She took pictures and videos of my cat and it was obvious that the cat took to her quickly. I had unexpected packages show up that she brought in and on her last day, she took out the trash and recycling without being asked. My cat has separation anxiety and I was so nervous leaving her for that long, but when I came back she looked amazing and happy!!

Kara was absolutely amazing! She took such wonderful care of our girls while we were away and followed every instruction perfectly. She truly went above and beyond—not only did she make sure our cats were happy, loved, and well cared for, but she also took the time to feed the neighborhood "ferals" that we look after. One of the things we appreciated most was that she sent us plenty of pictures and videos throughout our trip. Seeing our girls happy, relaxed, and getting lots of attention gave us tremendous peace of mind and allowed us to truly enjoy our vacation.
