“I have been meaning to find another Rover dogsitter for my GSD but many Rover sitters do not take in large breed dogs. I found Casey online, she confirmed she will take a GSD so we arranged a meet and greet first so I could see how my dog was reacting to the environment and other dogs. That went fine, so I booked a 4 night stay recently. I was so pleased with how Casey took care of Pipa, she sent me a photo, gave me updates on how Pipa was doing and everything went really well. Casey let Pipa sleep at the foot of her bed and I think that made my dog feel really secure and she played well with the other dogs. Great stay and I was very pleased all around.”

We have two senior dogs, one who takes daily medication, and both have some anxiety when we’re not home. But our 5 kitties (2 outdoor, 2 indoor, and 1 in & out) were extremely well taken care of, and they went above and beyond when it came to taking care of our persnickety teenager. She did not want to come in at night cuz she was unsure of these new folks. But Amanda took the time and effort to bond with her while we were gone. It took several days of sitting with her in the backyard, hand feeding her with gradual petting sessions, but she was finally able to get Midge inside using soft spoken words and a kind touch. About: I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, hamsters, guinea pigs, chickens, goats, etc. I don’t remember a part of my life where I have not had an animal with me. I always be sure to take care of any animal in the utmost care. I believe pets to be family so I treat them like so. You can rely on me to walk, feed, and take care of your furry friends! My schedule is currently open all week. I am pretty flexible with time and days available. Therefore, I would suggest to just message me to work out times/days that work for both of us! I have a loving and playing border collie and retriever mix puppy at home . My dog does stay indoors most of the day until she goes out for her daily walks. She’s extremely spoiled and get plenty of playtime. I make sure that she’s eat well and get plenty of exercise.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was a young girl. I have dog sat, walked dogs, and some training as well. My grandparents relied on me to dog sit all the time. I currently have a part-time job, but I am able to make my schedule pretty open soon to dog walking. I usually take morning or evening runs, so I can take the dogs walking or running and do daily check ups during those times as well. My schedule is very flexible. I have lived in the Fresno area for over 2.5 years now. We used to have a small dog, but he passed away. I currently do not have any animals. About: I have always been the one to watch family friends’ fur babies and I always will. I wanted to be a veterinarian when I was younger because I loved animals so much. I have cared for old and young and big and small dogs. I have learned that you definitely can teach an old dog new tricks, as I previously taught my 12 year old pug how to help pick him up! Animals have proven to learn through repetition and reward. I am currently a college student and working part time, so I would love to watch your fur babies in my free time! I would love a little study buddy to help me with school and the stresses of daily life. You get your animal cared for, and I get a friend for a day! It’s a win win! We live on a quiet street in a great part of town. We treat all dogs like they are our own. We have experience in puppy training, elder dog care, and injured dogs care. Our children have been raised around all kinds of dogs and are respectful, cautious, and patient. Your baby will be loved and cared for, walked regularly, and hopefully returned nice and worn out from all the play :) Most activities we do as a family are usually dog friendly because we just can’t handle leaving our pups behind! We currently work from home and NEVER leave our pups for more than just few hours (one of ours is afraid of the dark). We are an active family so walks and play are a must. We have a secure fenced yard for lots of roaming around. We can crate dogs who feel more safe/secure in that environment, but we prefer they have the run of the house if they wish. We recognize a new environment can be overwhelming for your pup so we will do everything to reduce that anxiety for your baby :)

About: I am 48 years old and have had dogs, cats and horses my entire life. I have been an elementary teacher in Fresno for twenty years. I have rescued three dogs from my school in the years that I have been there. I am familiar with local vets, dog parks, pet stores, and walking trails. What sets me apart is that I am a big softy. Animals can tell this and always gravitate towards me. I believe dogs and cats should be allowed on the couch, in the bed and anywhere that is safe for them to be. I understand that animals have feelings too and are all different with different fears and needs. I do not leave my animals outside when I am not home. I do not leave my animals for more than four hours. I do not watch fireworks on the 4th of July because my Boston Terrier needs me at this time. I would do anything for my pets and yours. I just have a huge heart for them. I'm currently off for the summer. I stay home every day and go on walks, cook, read, watch tv and work around the house. I can give my full time and attention to the animals at this time of year and I love to do so. I have a fenced back-yard and a fenced front yard with grass that my dogs and I love to hang out in. When it gets hot, we go inside the cool, air-conditioned house and relax all together. My dogs are all friendly and get along with each other and the cat that lives here.
