I’m currently working at Starbucks and proudly hold a degree in Biological Science: Systems Physiology with a minor in Chemistry from San Jose State University. A typical day
A typical day of pet care with me starts with a cheerful greeting and lots of tail wags or purrs! I begin by ensuring your pet’s basic needs are met—fresh water, a healthy meal, and a quick litter box or potty check. Next, it’s time for some fun and exercise tailored to your pet’s energy level—whether that’s a quick walk, playful fetch, or gentle indoor play. I keep a close eye on their mood and behavior to make sure they’re comfortable and happy throughout the day. Safety is my top priority, so all activities happen in secure environments. Before wrapping up, I spend some quiet time cuddling or simply being present, giving your furry friend plenty of reassurance and companionship until you return.

Pet care experience
I have extensive hands-on experience caring for animals of all ages and temperaments. In the past, I’ve raised puppies, fostered kittens, trained dogs in basic obedience, and provided regular exercise through walks and runs. As well, I understand the importance of both physical activity and emotional care.

Tamia was the absolute best! She took such great care of my pup Benji and made the whole experience stress-free. She responded quickly, was super flexible with her availability, and kept me updated the entire time. She was so accommodating and even went above and beyond by helping with cleanup, which I really appreciated. On top of being reliable, she’s incredibly sweet and clearly has a genuine love for animals. I felt completely at ease knowing Benji was in such good hands. I’ll definitely be booking with her again—highly recommend!
Tamia was amazing with my cat and dog. The dog is very shy and the cat is feisty. She gave them their space as needed and both immediately took to her. She was on time for every visit and left detailed summaries. I didn’t worry a bit about my babies.
Tamia is by far the biggest and most responsible animal lover I know. She herself owns many pets that she has loved and taken care up in the best way. She also has watched over my recent dog many times while my family and I would be out of town and did an excellent job. Tamia's care for animals and dogs is one of her most profound traits and I know she will make an excellent caregiver to any dog out there. (:
