From the moment we arrived, we could tell she was a genuinely kind and caring person—Skye immediately warmed up to her, tail wagging and full of excitement. Throughout our trip, Michele was always available for quick, friendly communication, which gave us great peace of mind. When we returned, Skye greeted us in high spirits, clearly having enjoyed her time. My daughters could not believe the trust she quickly gained with Zues. He is a dog who loves to pull on his leash and be afraid of strange outside noises to send him hurdling back home. But with Kimberly, he went on many walks and I saw the slack in the leash which we all marveled at!!! He was happy and fed and given great love and attention. I also had a last minute work emergency that would have made drop off before heading to the airport really tough, but Katy was very accommodating and picked Charlie up from my apartment. It was also very rainy while I was gone and I was mentally prepared to pick up a very dirty white dog that needed a bath immediately, so I was pleasantly surprised when I got Charlie and he looked very clean.
