“Steph was awesome! This was my first experience with Rover and I have a Boykin Spaniel, which is a 16 month old 40lb high energy hunting machine. She excepted the challenge and treated Kola like he was her own. Very pleased with the whole experience and Steph. I took a fly-in fishing to the northern woods of Canada and due to fires and bad weather in the area had to extend my stay for an additional two days up there because the float plane couldn't come get us. Steph rearranged her schedule to accommodate me. I didn't expect her to do that but greatly appreciate her for doing so. Donna is the BEST!!! It's our 3rd time using Donna for our dog. The 2nd & 3rd time my dog didn't even say goodbye to me he feels so comfy & loved at Donna's house (i just gave her the leash & my dog was familiar and knew was in good hands). My dog has a big fenced in yard to play, a good host dog friend in Marshall, & gets plenty of pet pets from Donna. My wife and I appreciate the picture & video updates that make our day on vacations. Haley was so wonderful to my little fur baby Leo. I was mostly wondering if he'd still like me when I got back! She was so caring and excercised him so well. She made sure he was well fed and watered! She made sure he was cool when it was hot out. She made sure he wasn't alone in the thunderstorms and fireworks. A true dog guardian!
Jenny did a great job caring for our senior dog. She communicated well and sent photos. She was very understanding of older dog issues, gave pills, and asked if I wanted her to add a little chicken to our dog’s food when she wasn’t eating much. Jenny was flexible when our flight was late. I was very pleased
