“Our normal cat sitter had a family emergency and canceled our reservations. Meaghan was willing to help us on short notice. She did a fantastic job. We received daily updates and pictures. We had added a bunch of extra chores for her, one of the cats needing medication as such. She even kept up with vacuuming up the tiny bits of food that can tend to be thrown around when the cats eat. We came home to relaxed kitties and a clean house. We intended to contact her first if we ever have the need. Highly recommend!”

About: I have grown up with all kinds of animals! Currently have 3 loving and friendly dog along with 1 cat! They love when friends come over and they have someone to play with! We go on walks, love to be outside in our fenced in our back yard and snuggling up on the couch! My fur babies and I can’t wait to meet you and your fur babies! About: ** I took some time off of Rover and I am back with a limited schedule due to work hours** I am an avid dog lover and dog mom to 2 pups. Most of my life has revolved around dogs and I wouldn’t want it any other way! At a young age, I was trusted by all of the nieghbors to dog sit. After college, I was fortunate enough to foster a few rescues from a local humane society. Fostering dogs was a very rewarding experience as it gave me my 2 babies, Milo and Bear. Unfortunately, Bear and Milo have now passed and I miss them terribly everyday. I currently have a Doberman named Ambrose and an Australian Shepard named Max. They are a bonded pair and have so much energy! I have experience with very large dogs and puppies as young as 2 months old— but I am comfortable with all breeds! I am available for dog walking, house sitting, and drop-in visits. If you would like me to board your dog in my home, I welcome that as well! As long as they are dog friendly; my pups would love a new friend 😊 During the day on weekdays I work a full-time hybird job with flexibility. My in office days are Monday and Tuesday so usually unavailable those days. I am free for walks/drop ins during the week/weekend as well as house sitting. I am a very active person alone and with my own dogs. They get walks 1-2x per day and get lots of exercise in our backyard. I would love to hang out with your pup and play! About: I have cared for my pets since young child and have owned my own 4acre farmette for last 27yrs. I have horses, chickens, fish, and an amazing Mail-Dutchie dog. I have a work from home career allowing me flexibility to be home and have also worked for a leading pet kennel/training/boarding/grooming facility that allowed me hands on handling for many different breed, size, difficulty, and aged pets. Trustworthy and reliable and enjoy all the wonderful and beautiful personalities our pets have and embrace them all! Dogs allowed on bed for sleeping time to cuddle but not on furniture. Prefer dogs that can feel comfortable in a roomy kennel should need arise to leave my home for a couple hours as to keep all fur babies safe in their own space while unsupervised. Well mannered pups preferred, Photos and videos provided during days activities. Attentive and loving, I’ll treat your pet like my own! About: I've been studying dog behavior for over 9 years. I also have experience as a veterinary receptionist and grooming assistant. I am blessed with a large house that has a separate living quarters for the boarding dogs and a big beautiful fenced yard. Both are kept clean and hazard free. Of course they get plenty of love! 🐾 Saftey and cleanliness are my top concerns. My home is clean and hazard free. I am "puppy proof" and always vigilant. I have accommodations and experience working with aggressive or reactive dogs and can also accommodate/work with kennel anxitey. I am able to keep dogs separate from my personal dogs if needed. Dogs that are friendly will be able to socialize/play with my very well tempered pack, depending on owner preference. I have a fenced yard and there are no gaps or ways to get out. I can also accommodate jumpers using a long recall leash!

I was an animal shelter manager & professional dog trainer for four fantastic years, and managed the care of thousands of rescued dogs and cats while they waited to find their forever homes! I went back to school to study Applied Animal Behavior at the University of Washington, and after moving to sunny California, I took the big leap into the world of zoos & aquariums. Since then, I’ve been an aquarium keeper with sharks & stingrays, a zoo educator at the world famous San Diego Zoo & Brookfield Zoo, and worked with native North American wildlife as a zookeeper! I’ve had the privilege of working with just about every kind of furry, feathered, and finned animal, and loved every minute of it. My diverse background has given me a lot of experience in animal care, training & behavior, and veterinary care. I’m very experienced working with special needs animals (both behavior issues and medical needs), and have even had some special pups of my own at home, including a deaf/blind border collie, a cattle dog with separation anxiety, and a snuggly pittie who needs a little extra help getting along with other doggos. I own a 7 month old greyhound puppy named Arthur, and am equipped to meet the special care considerations for sighthounds. I’m also experienced in caring for exotics including fish, reptiles, small mammals, and birds. My goal is to be a resource to busy pet owners who want their dogs to have fun, get spoiled, have an adventure, and receive extra special care— no matter what else you might have on your plate! *Note for special needs pet owners: I'm experienced with administering oral & topical medications, as well as administering subcutaneous injections, caring for pets with food/environmental allergies, mobility issues, pain conditions, and more. I am currently available for drop-in visits, walks, and training/socialization sessions during daytime and evening hours, including last-minute bookings. Apologies, but I am not accepting reservations for boarding or overnight pet-sitting at this time. As a professional with experience in animal shelters and zoos, animal health & safety are my top priority, along with the behavioral & emotional well-being of the animals in my care. I utilize science-based, fear-free training and handling methods.

She was also incredibly kind, communicative, and accommodating with our schedule, especially knowing we have a baby at home. On top of that, she made sure Paganini got his daily medication without any issues, which was such a relief. I honestly can’t recommend Susan enough—she treated Paganini like one of her own, and we feel so lucky to have found her!”
