She was flexible when we had to change the date(s), both for sitting and a meet and greet and kept us informed with pics and texts when gone. We met twice beforehand for meet and greets and she was perfectly punctual, and even got there earlier than needed the day we left. Our excitable, hyper, 50lb baby, she handled with ease and left the home cleaner than needed, (ex - said leave dishes, and she did them anyway.) We don't go away often, but might be able to more now that we have Sydney in our back pocket. Lydia did a great job with our 2 dogs! My dogs are getting older and finding a good dog sitter to care for them and their health stuff has been harder. But Lydia was very understanding about it all! She was also really great about sending me updates for the dogs. I would definitely recommend her!
