“We searched high and low for the right place and people to care for our dog Stella, and we could not be more grateful to have found Carol and Steve. Carol and Steve were ideal people with whom we could safely leave Stella. They have an incredibly well-maintained (and absolutely gorgeous) property of which the backyard is completely fenced in, which gave Stella plenty of time and space to run around and sniff to her heart's content. My husband and I were certain while we were gone that Stella was getting as much exercise and outdoor time as she wanted. This was a wonderful reassurance as we had never boarded her anywhere else before and were nervous that she'd have to be stuck in a kennel or a room for most of our absence. Not so once we found this wonderful couple! Carol and Steve followed our instructions for Stella to the letter and it was clear they were both very comfortable and at ease taking care of our dog. No issues whatsoever and we have absolutely nothing but positive things to say about our experience with them. Possibly the BEST part about having booked with Carol and Steve is their impeccable communication. We never - at any point - had to wait long for a response, whether we were asking a question or just communicating logistics regarding Stella's stay. They also made sure to send along regular update messages with pictures while we were gone, typically twice a day. This factor alone made this the most relaxing trip we've taken as a family to date. It gave us complete peace of mind to read and see that Stella was not only doing okay, but was being well taken care of, snuggled, loved, played with, and included as a part of their home. What a treat to find people who will care of your pet the way that you would yourself. We can't recommend Carol and Steve highly enough. Do yourself a favor and hire them. They're exceptional!”
“I am so thankful for Joanne and the wonderful care she provided for our 16 yo pup, Ginger! Grateful for the wonderful home environment she welcomed Ginger into while we were gone. Appreciate that she works from home allowing her to be more available to tend to pups’ needs. Joanne kept in touch with us by sending occasional updates and pictures giving us peace of mind the entire trip. Thankful she was able to be flexible when we encountered travel related issues. “Scott & Ashley were wonderful. They took in our dog Kiko and my daughter's dog Ellie, while we were all on vacation in the UK for 10 days. They sent daily updates with photos and they have a great yard for dogs with a fenced in backyard. Scott & Ashley took both dogs for walks twice a day and the although we brought crates for both dogs, they ended up sleeping with both of their boys, which was fine with us and I'm sure Kiko and Ellie loved it! “Rebecca's house was a perfect place for my Reilly to stay while I was on vacation. I received daily pictures of him in their yard, on someone's lap in the evening or hanging out with the other dogs. He seemed pretty content and I felt he had a good safe home to stay at while I was gone. They even cleaned Reilly's eyes which can have build up from weeping as well as giving him the heartworm/flea & tick med that was due during his stay.”
