About: Hello people of Rover! I’ve been around animals for as long as I can remember, growing up with dogs, guinea pigs and a hamster. I’m still very passionate about animals. I have corgis and still keep guinea pigs at home. When I was younger, I volunteered at HAWS as a cat socializer and Elmbrook Humane Society as a small animal socializer and cage cleaner. I also used to pet sit for my neighbor’s cats and have cared for animals while family was on vacation. I’d love to connect, and I can’t wait to meet you and your furry friend! About: I have owned and loved dogs my entire life. I have cared for and taken care of dogs through all stages of their lives. I currently have a senior Australian Shepherd and a 4 year old Puggle. I currently work from home full time and am able to provide consistent potty breaks, attention, love, and care during the work week. On weekends, my schedule is open to provide even more time, love, and attention to your fur baby. I have a large backyard (not fenced in, but your dog would be supervised at all times on leashes). About: I owned a dog growing up and cared for and trained one with my family. I sit for friends and family from time to time and I love to play and take dogs for walks and, if they are able, runs of up to a few miles! I have a fenced in yard, and my kids (4, 8) are also great with animals. I work from home. With the exception of rare travel days, school drop-offs, and evening events, I will always be around the house to care for your pup. I have experience with dogs that bolt when doors are opened outside and know how to block them properly. When helping with potting breaks they can be play breaks to get rid of excess energy. My full time job is flexible but I would need notice to adjust my work schedule.I can’t promise I can do this all the time… I like to do a meet n greet first so I can meet the family, let the pets sniff me & have some interaction. I follow the regular routine when I am in the clients home. If they are crated, I crate them. If they need to be let out in the middle of night & that is what the owner does, I let pet out…I make sure they are well taken care of. I treat them as they are my own.
