About: I have owned and loved dogs my entire life. I have cared for and taken care of dogs through all stages of their lives. I currently have a senior Australian Shepherd and a 4 year old Puggle. I currently work from home full time and am able to provide consistent potty breaks, attention, love, and care during the work week. On weekends, my schedule is open to provide even more time, love, and attention to your fur baby. I have a large backyard (not fenced in, but your dog would be supervised at all times on leashes). Dogs are always welcome in my home and I will treat them like family.
About: Hello! My family and I love animals. We've been on Rover since January 2024! We currently have 2 indor cats and have backyard chickens (in coop) that are pets and lay eggs for us. We live in a quiet Hartland neighborhood in a cul-de-sac that is very low traffic. Part of our yard is fenced for play and potty breaks, and I love taking walks around our neighborhood. The majority of the week, my husband is working from home or I am home. The longest your pet may be left is 6 hours if staying with us during the work week. So usually someone is there to spend time with your pet! We are available any day of the week for boarding. I live in a quiet cul-de-sac. I always practice sit-stay when opening the door to prevent bolting out. Part of our yard is fenced and outside the fence your pet will always be leashed. If I am away for a short period and it's needed for safety or per your preference, we do have a large crate and an enclosed pet gate.

I have no pets or kids but I am a pet lover in a nice home with a big fenced in yard. I like hanging out with the pets like little buddies, getting some days of cuddles and then sending them home 😅. I have a naturally friendly, calm demeanor that animals and people respond well to. I have no pets right now but used to have a pit/black lab mix that I loved dearly so I love pits and other breeds with historically bad reputations. I frequently sit my aunt’s beagle mix who’s just a little old pup that sparked my interest for pet sitting cuz it was so fun to have visits from him. He and my old dog are in a bunch of my pics. With all animals I just try to make them comfortable and let them feel at home.

“Kam was an answer to my prayers! There are just sometimes I have to be away where my dog, a toy Aussie, can’t go, but I always hated taking him to a kennel. Somehow I found Rover and that led me to Kam. After a meet and greet I knew this was good. Kam, her family and her pets welcomed Cosmo in and treated him like family. She sent pictures several times a day. This was perfect for me to be able to leave him without feeling bad. He had lots of fun there. So glad I found Rover and Kam! It feels good!”

Her daughters seemed really engaged and loving on my dog, making me feel confident she was receiving all the love and affection she gets at home. When I picked her up, my dog seemed so relaxed, almost as if she hadn’t been gone all that time, helping me feel confident she was safe and loved on. Usually after boarding in a facility, my dog is highly anxious, extra agitated and disheveled. None of that here with Sarah. Her and her family were truly the best sitters. I never worried once while away.”
