About: I volunteer at a dog shelter that deals with all ages and comfortably around new people. This allows me to pick up on dogs needs and adjust accordingly. I am currently working full time 4 days a week. This allows me a more flexible schedule to help take care of dogs through the week and weekends. I have experience with dogs that bolt when doors are opened outside and know how to block them properly. When helping with potting breaks they can be play breaks to get rid of excess energy. I have experienced teaching dogs to walk on a leash with and without a harness.

“Overall things went well. Dogs were not stressed when we arrived home after she dogsat our three dogs for two nights. She also swept the floors before leaving (which is something we said she didnt need to do as we know the Huskys cause explosions). My only thing would be communication, the inital communication was great, I wish she had communicated a bit more for our meet and greet as she was late, which is fine as she was at work but I had to be the one to reach out to find out what was going on. I also wish there was inital communication upon arrival and final communication when leaving. Even an overall on how the dogs were/how things went when she left for the final time. The dogs seemed happy though when we returned and that is my biggest concern, and im sure is the same for others.”

I was also mom to Sydney and Charlie from the time they were kittens to older adults. They were tabby cats. I have a special place in my heart for kitties! I miss having furry companions of my own, so I’d love to offer your pets the same affection and care I gave to mine. I’m an educator, so my schedule is fairly flexible. I’m available to help with occasional services or on a more regular basis. I can make a visit nearly any time of the day! Your home is your pet’s comfort zone, and I respect that. I have plenty of experience caring for seniors and young animals alike, and am happy to provide special care for those with medical needs.
