“Overall things went well. Dogs were not stressed when we arrived home after she dogsat our three dogs for two nights. She also swept the floors before leaving (which is something we said she didnt need to do as we know the Huskys cause explosions). My only thing would be communication, the inital communication was great, I wish she had communicated a bit more for our meet and greet as she was late, which is fine as she was at work but I had to be the one to reach out to find out what was going on. I also wish there was inital communication upon arrival and final communication when leaving. Even an overall on how the dogs were/how things went when she left for the final time. The dogs seemed happy though when we returned and that is my biggest concern, and im sure is the same for others.”

Jason came into our house and our dog immediately migrated to him. Jason provided ample walks and gave our dog personalized attention. About: I volunteer at a dog shelter that deals with all ages and comfortably around new people. This allows me to pick up on dogs needs and adjust accordingly. I am currently working full time 4 days a week. This allows me a more flexible schedule to help take care of dogs through the week and weekends. I have experience with dogs that bolt when doors are opened outside and know how to block them properly. When helping with potting breaks they can be play breaks to get rid of excess energy. I have experienced teaching dogs to walk on a leash with and without a harness.

About: I had 2 cats and a dog growing up! No pets currently but happy to play and take care of yours! Looking to earn extra to help pay for my wedding in 8 months! I work full time (35-40 hrs) and have alternating shifts every day (evening/morning) but have plenty of time for part time care! Weekends have more flexibility but I'm able to work around schedules! My parents who are retired are available for extra help if necessary and I will am willing to make accommodations as long as communicate clearly.

Our Rottweiler Riley was going to have to go to the in-laws, a place she is not comfortable with. About: I’ve had dogs my entire life and cats as well. I’m a huge animal lover! I’ve had golden retrievers, pit bulls, Rottweilers, and a mini golden doodle. We currently have a 3 month old Golden Retriever! I’m currently a Stay at Home Mom to a 17. Month old little boy and a 3 month old Golden Retriever! So I’m available all the time! My son is a huge animal lover already and will be joining me on check ins and walks so please keep that in mind! Your pets safety is my first priority. They will get plenty of love and play time from myself and my son! You’re pet will be treated as if they’re my own!

About: I have had dogs my whole life growing up and I always loved having their companionship. As an adult, I’ve had three wonderful dogs of my own, two of which I trained from puppies. I truly believe in the importance of daily walks for dogs—not just for their physical health, but also for their happiness and mental well-being. There’s nothing better than seeing a dog light up while exploring, sniffing, and enjoying the fresh air. Walking dogs isn’t just about them; I love the time outdoors, too. It’s a chance for both of us to recharge and enjoy life’s simple pleasures together. I currently work remote so my days are pretty flexible. As long as i don't have meetings scheduled, I can be available for a walk! My meetings are usually scheduled 24-48 hours in advance so I can plan accordingly. We have an open back yard that runs into the Fox River. Both sides of our yard have lots of trees, however it is open to the front. We keep an eye on our dogs when outside.

About: I have had both cats and dogs since I was born and have lots of experience providing care for many ages, behaviors, and disabilities. Over the last few years, I have aided with foster dog care, and while it can be challenging, it is very rewarding. Over the last few years, I have seen seniors, puppies, and pregnant dogs come through the home, and I always try to provide the best care I can while trying to find homes that are a good fit! I am working a part-time job at Carthage College and have ample time to help provide care. During the weekdays, I am quite flexible with my availability. On weekends I have lots of flexibility as well in order to provide ample support and care for pets. I am very active, so I am more than willing to provide walks and activities for your pup! If your dog needs medication, I am able to administer it when needed. I can also provide time outside and around the home if the dog must be in a crate.

About: I've taken a senior dog for walks every weekday for 6 months, till she passed. Oh, I loved this dog named Bella. She was a 12 year old chocolate lab. She became a very good friend; I looked forward to walking every day at noon, even on the coldest, windiest, and snowiest days of this past winter. I'm a retired Art Teacher, and a full-time artist. I am available most days from 8 am to 6 pm. Just looking to make new friends, with your pets. I live in an apartment complex that allows dogs. It's a quiet neighborhood, and the dog walking/sitting will provide me with needed exercise. I will also provide a little extra income during my retirement.

About: I have had and cared for dogs my entire life. I often dog-sit for friends and family, and I have had 6 foster dogs in the past! I’m familiar with taking care of old dogs and those that need medications as well. I recently finished graduate school and am applying for full-time positions. That being said, I am home a majority of the time to give your dog plenty of attention! I have one small, friendly dog that would keep your pup company! I allow my dog on furniture and do not crate her, so I am willing to care for your dog in the way you prefer (crate, free roam, etc.)
