“Lacy went well above and beyond what was required of just setting out food, water, and cleaning the litter box. She got to know my very opinionated Queen Lilly who rules our end of the block. Lacy gave her the one on one attention and socialization she needs every day to remain calm and somewhat agreeable. Lacy won Lilly's trust and even hand fed her treats. It is the first time I returned home from a trip and did not get a two hour lecture of complaints from Lilly about how she was abandoned and left to starve with no company (which was not the case - she just did NOT like her caretaker). Happy cat = VERY happy cat owner!!”
About: I had 2 cats and a dog growing up! No pets currently but happy to play and take care of yours! Currently cannot watch any pets at my home but happy to complete as many home visits as necessary as long as you are relatively close by:) I am not currently working full time and my schedule is fairly flexible. My older cat is a diabetic with severe skin issues requiring multiple medications on an alternating schedule in addition to her twice a day insulin. She did a good job asking questions and making sure Kitten got the medications she needed on the correct schedule. She successfully gave both oral and injection medication and Kitten was in great shape when I got back (which is not always the case after a vacation due to her detailed care needs). There were some minor things that came up but those were mostly me being very particular about some specifics and in the end, were not that important and didn't affect the care of the cats. The house was clean and the cat food and litter box trash taken out, which I appreciated.”

About: I owned a dog growing up and cared for and trained one with my family. I sit for friends and family from time to time and I love to play and take dogs for walks and, if they are able, runs of up to a few miles! I have a fenced in yard, and my kids (4, 8) are also great with animals. I work from home. With the exception of rare travel days, school drop-offs, and evening events, I will always be around the house to care for your pup. Your pet will get the attention it needs, as I work from home and I have a fenced in yard, as well as young boys that are great with animals. Frequent outside visits and play times are very doable.
