About: I have been pet sitting for over twelve years now and love to doing it!! I am also a certified kennel assistant, and have been working at a dog kennel for three years now, caring for a wide variety of dogs, and learning all there is to know about dogs, ranging from the vet tech side of things to daily living. I also have two dogs of my own so I know just how much they become a part of your family, which is why loving and competent care is so important for them! I cannot wait to meet and love on your fur babies :) I’m currently working part time so have more than enough time to play and love on your pups! I am able to do three visits during the day and am more than willing to spend the night with them as well! If there are a couple days during the week that I do not work at all I would love to spend the entire day with your pup(s)! I am more than willing to care for your dog in your home however they are most comfortable! Whether that be crate training, daily walks/runs or just good quality time and cuddles on the couch :)

About: I have had both cats and dogs since I was born and have lots of experience providing care for many ages, behaviors, and disabilities. Over the last few years, I have aided with foster dog care, and while it can be challenging, it is very rewarding. Over the last few years, I have seen seniors, puppies, and pregnant dogs come through the home, and I always try to provide the best care I can while trying to find homes that are a good fit! I am working a part-time job at Carthage College and have ample time to help provide care. During the weekdays, I am quite flexible with my availability. On weekends I have lots of flexibility as well in order to provide ample support and care for pets. I am very active, so I am more than willing to provide walks and activities for your pup! If your dog needs medication, I am able to administer it when needed. I can also provide time outside and around the home if the dog must be in a crate.

Currently cannot watch any pets at my home but happy to complete as many home visits as necessary as long as you are relatively close by:) I am not currently working full time and my schedule is fairly flexible. I am happy to discuss any extra care needed for your pet. I am happy to follow specific instructions/feeding schedules as needed. I will also completed any necessary home care tasks as wanted as long as discussed prior.

About: I volunteer at a dog shelter that deals with all ages and comfortably around new people. This allows me to pick up on dogs needs and adjust accordingly. I am currently working full time 4 days a week. This allows me a more flexible schedule to help take care of dogs through the week and weekends. I have experience with dogs that bolt when doors are opened outside and know how to block them properly. When helping with potting breaks they can be play breaks to get rid of excess energy. I have experienced teaching dogs to walk on a leash with and without a harness.

“Abigail is a terrific pet sitter! She was thorough, conscientious and kind, and went above and beyond while caring for my elderly cat Sammy. She showed true concern, compassion, and love for my cat and kept her warm, fed, and happy. Abigail was also able to apply Sammy’s medication daily. She did extra things too like cleaning up the kitchen area, taking out the trash, and watering the plants. Abigail was also very generous with her time. You can rest easy if you hire Abigail to care for your pets! I will be using her again when I travel out of town.”

About: My name is Alexis, I have always been the person to ask if i can pet your dog! I love all animals and would love to meet as many lovely pets as I can! I am available during the weekdays anytime and available on most weekends. I was a lead kennel attendant at a doggie dorms, I was the animal care manager for my agriculture classes in High School and have been dog sitting for family and family friends for a years. I have never been without a dog in my household. Right now I live with 1 pup of my own, she is a 6 year old old yellow lab! I have always had bigger dogs in my home and prefer to work with bigger dogs or puppies, but am not opposed to working with small dogs. I am good with dogs who may have a "special" case. For example I home sit for a 4 dog home which includes a Rottweiler, Black Lab, Miniature Pinscher, and Pug mix. The two big dogs can't be in the same room together but that doesn't mean they both don't deserve love. I also volunteered with Lucky Mutts Rescue and help to do the "puppy pickups" where we drove to Oklahoma to rescue dogs and bring them to Wisconsin! I've worked with animals since I was 11 an would love to meet as many dogs as possible! I am free any time during the week currently, I am home 24/7 and free on most weekends for all the play time with the pups! I do not have a fenced in yard but I live on a large plot of land, that is tucked behind a lot of trees, I have a lot of space for running and playing.

About: My name is Michele. I'm 52. I live in the village of palmyra For many years, I have owned dogs and cats. The majority have been rescues that are special needs. I have also fostered dogs till they are fit for a forever home as well as worked with the local animal hospital to take care of sick dogs till they are ready to go up for Adoption. I also have experience with asthma, chemo and diabetic treatments. I have one dog at this time. He is a 9 years-old Papillon Poodle that is 10 lbs. He is great with other dogs and would be going with me wherever i go. I have sat for families in Illinois ( where I used to live) when they would go out of town as well as stop in visits. I have lived here for 13 years now in Wisconsin and have sat for well over 100 families. My services includes play time, regular car rides, walks or runs, sleep in beds, play time and rarely left alone. I would love to hear about your loved one and how I can help you. Lots and lots of play time! Morning playtime then rest and snuggle time. In the afternoon its back outside. They do go home tired and ready to snuggle! All pups are vaccinated and Poop is cleaned up outside. It's like a dog park experience but safe. Inside the floors and kennels and water fountain are cleaned daily.

“Overall things went well. Dogs were not stressed when we arrived home after she dogsat our three dogs for two nights. She also swept the floors before leaving (which is something we said she didnt need to do as we know the Huskys cause explosions). My only thing would be communication, the inital communication was great, I wish she had communicated a bit more for our meet and greet as she was late, which is fine as she was at work but I had to be the one to reach out to find out what was going on. I also wish there was inital communication upon arrival and final communication when leaving. Even an overall on how the dogs were/how things went when she left for the final time. The dogs seemed happy though when we returned and that is my biggest concern, and im sure is the same for others.”
