A typical day
A typical day with the pets I watch includes plenty of exercise, playtime, and one-on-one attention. We go on walks, play fetch or other favorite games, enjoy enrichment activities, and spend time relaxing together with lots of love and cuddles. I also make sure they stay on their normal feeding and potty schedule, provide fresh water, and follow any special care instructions. Since I work in a veterinary boarding facility and am studying to become a veterinary technician, I prioritize each pet’s safety, comfort, and well-being while making sure they have a fun and stress-free experience.

Hi I’m Josie and animals have always been a huge part of my life, and I have hands-on experience caring for pets of all ages, sizes, and temperaments. I currently work in the boarding department at a veterinary clinic, where I care for dogs and cats by feeding, administering medications when needed, monitoring their health and behavior, cleaning kennels, and making sure they feel safe and comfortable during their stay. I’m also attending school to become a veterinary technician, which is expanding my knowledge of animal health, behavior, and proper care. I treat every pet as if they were my own and pride myself on being dependable, patient, and attentive to each animal’s individual needs.

Josie stayed with our pups for a week while we were on vacation. She is very responsible and an animal lover! Our dogs were so relaxed with her and recieved so much attention and love while we were gone. She kept us updated with messages and pictures throughout the week.
