“Julianna provides great feedback about my dog during her visits and is super responsive! I appreciate the support system of an experienced pet sitter while adjusting to new routines and discovering new behaviors of my new rescue dog.”

“Couldn’t recommend Elizabeth enough! She was watched my dog and 2 cats while I traveled internationally. She was incredibly accommodating and communicative. This was our first time leaving our dog for so long and she did a wonderful job of making him feel comfortable and relaxed. One of my cats also is usually incredibly shy around strangers and Elizabeth is the only sitter I’ve used from Rover who he comes out for. Our flight got delayed and Elizabeth was very accommodating to the change in the schedule. We are so appreciative!”

“Jax is great. She is reliable and we feel at ease when she takes care of our 2 sweet doggies. She is very responsive, understands what our dogs’ needs are, and always sends pictures to check in. We are so grateful to have found her both for our overnight care and our daily drop ins when needed.”

“Solange was a godsend for me when I unexpectedly adopted a 5 week old kitten the week before my beach trip. She did all of my special request for my little guy and the check ins throughout the day helped ease my worries so I could enjoy my trip. Trust your animals are in good hands with her! I will absolutely be booking with her again for help in the future”

“We absolutely love her. She has such a great personality, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about the dogs she works with. My favorite part is seeing my pup on the camera waiting by the door for her to arrive for their play date. That alone says everything. He’s happy, excited, and well cared for, which gives me so much peace of mind. I’m so glad we found her and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and loving with their pets.”

“Kamron was amazing, will definitely book again! He was very communicative and sent pics each visit, and two of my cats needed meds and he had no issue giving them (a pill, liquid oral med, and asthma inhaler). Highly recommend!”

“Stacy was fantastic! This was my first time using Rover so I was a bit nervous but Stacy made it easy and took great care of my cats. Will be re-booking her for my trip next month!”

“Stacie did a wonderful, wonderful job with the kittens. I was extremely nervous, as it was my first time getting a cat sitter, but we are extremely lucky Stacie was available. She is very thorough and kind. I would recommend her to any cat owner looking for someone to make a house visit.”
“Kaitlyn was great with my sometimes ornery kitty, Peaches! I’ll be using her when I go to Clayton, GA to visit my sister! Such a relief to know pets are in good hands! Thank you, Kaitlyn & Rover!!!”

“Carla was amazing. So responsive and such a sweet person. I felt so incredibly happy that she was able to care for Simon while we were away, and it seems like she made our little guy so so happy in our absence. Would definitely want her back ❤️”

“My second time booking with Zerandrian and another wonderful experience! I had a last minute change to my travel plans and Zerandrian was super flexible and communicative. Will definitely be re-booking again next time my 4-legged babies need a sitter! Thanks so much, Zerandrian!”

“Mirabella did a wonderful job checking in on our cats on short notice. She kept the dishes full, cleaned the boxes, and provided photos of the ones she managed to spot. Will book again!”

“This was my first experience using Rover and Anna made it a great one! She was communicative, sent lots of photos and detailed reports, and was reliable. I could tell she genuinely loves animals and my cat adored her, evidenced by all the pics of him making himself at home on her lap 😂 She also took initiative to take in our packages for us and cleaned the litter box even when I said she didn't have to. She really cared for my cat and that made me feel much better when traveling. Thanks Anna!!”

“Kayla is so great with my pup! She always sends thorough walk reports & cute pics from their walks together. My work schedule is crazy & she’s gone above & beyond with being flexible with last minute changes.”

“Elena was awesome for drop-ins for my kitty! I really looked forward to her detailed drop-in updates. She was very courteous and was able to to work with my schedule. My kitty seemed to really like her! I will definitely be booking Elena next time I go out of town ?”

“Lynn was a great pet sitter for my cats! She watched them over the holidays while we were out of town and sent tons of photos which were so cute. Even gave them some extra treats for a Christmas Eve feast which was so sweet. The cats seemed very well taken care of when we arrived home. Definitely recommend Lynn’s pet sitting services!”

Here’s a warm review you could leave: I can’t recommend this pet sitter enough! She always takes amazing care of my kitty and provides detailed updates that give me complete peace of mind while I’m away. She is reliable, professional, and genuinely cares about the pets she watches. My cat is always happy, well-fed, and comfortable when I return home. It’s such a relief knowing I have someone I can trust completely with my furry family member. She is my go-to pet sitter and never disappoints. Highly recommend!

Ashleigh was truly the best with our cat Chet. He’s usually so slow to warm up to anyone and he warmed up to her so fast! He was his spunky self around her and she went above and beyond to take care of him. From turning on bird TV during the visits and always making sure he had his favorite treats or toy out. She even just made sure the house was clean while we’re away. Couldnt recommend more! Will absolutely be using her again and again!

Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.

Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.
If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Belvedere Park. On Rover:

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
