I am a middle school teacher in Dekalb County. I have a small dog and cat at home that keep me company. I have been a pet lover all my life. My dream as a child was to become a veterinarian. I worked as a Veterinary Technician at a Humane Society for 8 years before transitioning to my job now as a teacher. I truly miss caring for and helping animals. I am available for cat & dog drop ins, dog walking and boarding. I can administer medicine and shots. I love just hanging out on the couch and cuddling with my pets. I will love and take care of your pet as if they were my own.

We re-booked Chimere since she is amazing! She did drop-in visits at our condo for our cat Leo while we were away and followed all our instructions to a T. Chimere really made our time away stress-free, and Leo loved her too. We'd 100% recommend Chimere!
We used Chimere for the first time to board our little rescue dog, Paddy, and I couldn't be happier about the care he received. We met ahead of time so we could both be comfortable with the arrangement. She sent us frequent updates and I could tell how well Paddy was doing with his activities. Her home was a safe and comfortable place for him to be. I was able to leave him without any concerns. She gets a 5 star rating from me and I highly recommend her. We will be a return customer!
Chimere saved the day with last minute cat care! She gave my extroverted cat the attention she needed and managed to charm my shy introvert out of hiding.

Schedule
I’m currently can do drop ins and walks anytime since school is out for summer. During the school year , I can do drop ins and walks after 3pm on weekdays and anytime on weekends or during school holidays. I’m available for boarding and drop ins anytime on weekends and anytime during the summer and major holidays when school is out of session. I’m not available for overnight stays for house sitting. I can do 3-4 hour drop ins a day.

Pets are supervised at all times during their visit in my hour. I am normally only away for 1-2 hours a day during boarding. I always keep all pets on leashes when walking outside my home. During drop in visits to clients home, I follow all clients care instructions.

A typical day
I will take the dog for long walks and play fetch or just cuddle and give pets during the visit. During cat visits or when give pets and play with your kitty to keep them active and engaged.
