About: I’ve been a dog lover since I was young. I grew up caring for a King Charles Cavalier Spaniel and a Chocolate Lab, and I currently have a very energetic Cockapoo. I love all dog breeds and personalities! In college, I also cared for a senior German Shepherd when their family was away on vacation. I have a very flexible and non traditional work schedule. I can watch and care for your dog on any of my days off as much and as often as you need. I will follow any instructions exactly to insure your dog is as safe, healthy, and happy as possible. About: I’ve been caring for animals since I was young, starting with my own dog at age 11 and continuing through years of dog sitting, walks, and overnight care for family and neighbors. I currently have a 54 lb high energy puppy of my own, which has given me even more hands on experience with exercise needs, structure, and daily care. “Melissa has been fantastic! We have a very stubborn, senior Weimaraner, rescue. He came to us without a lot of training and his leash and general manners, were hit or miss. This was a concern for us when choosing someone to walk him. He is 85 lbs, and when he kicks into stubborn mode, he can be a bit challenging. I could tell immediately that Melissa has experience training dogs, and working through those behaviors. She has been fantastic! We have booked with Melissa multiple times. She is always on time for Bruno’s walks, and her communication is timely and personal. (I’ve had walkers past, where it seemed like I was chatting with an AI bot). I highly recommend Melissa, and Im grateful we found her!”

About: I grew up with dogs, lived with cats, and overall have a strong love for animals. While I can’t have any own dog/pet right now due to finances and time constraints, I’d love to spend some time with your furry friend and get my steps in! I am reliable, loving, and eager to meet new people and pets. I’m currently waiting to start a new job (I’m a dentist) at the end of June. I have plenty of free time until then, and once my job starts I’ll be off at 4pm. I live in a one bedroom apartment with no yard, but I go on daily walks in Belmar. When caring for a dog in my apartment or your home, I would enforce the same rules the dog follows at home in terms of their routine and what is comfortable with you.

About: Animals are such an extension of family and should be treated as such. I've had dogs and other animals through the years and provided general care & SO much love. I'm open to special needs animals whether medications or other, I'll learn anything to help care for an animal. I work in emergency services and have a rotating schedule, please feel free to ask for any day/time I try to be as flexible as possible and will work with my clients the best I can .. just ask! I have worked in a doggy daycare so I have experience with several breeds and situations. How you want your pet cared for is how I will care for them. I'm an "animal spoiler" they deserve to be spoiled since all they do is LOVE us, it's the least we can do. There is no shortage of love and attentiveness with animals when it comes to me.
