“Melissa has been fantastic! We have a very stubborn, senior Weimaraner, rescue. He came to us without a lot of training and his leash and general manners, were hit or miss. This was a concern for us when choosing someone to walk him. He is 85 lbs, and when he kicks into stubborn mode, he can be a bit challenging. I could tell immediately that Melissa has experience training dogs, and working through those behaviors. She has been fantastic! We have booked with Melissa multiple times. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
