About Carol N.
Safety, trust & environment
Having worked wildlife, zoo animal, marine animal, farm animal, equine and small animal medicine - I’ve seen all sides of animal behavior. What matters most, to not only the animal but to the owner as well, is always trust. I will always take my time to understand your pets personality and routine. Consistency and patience is key. I’m not their trainer or behaviorist (though I do have training in both) - I’m there to be a friend and caregiver. That doesn’t mean I can’t handle the anxious or unruly furry friends - I love a skeptic and the advanced behavioral training and handling I have under my belt makes me particularly suited for the spicier personalities.
Information Carol N. would like to know about your pet
I’m ready to care for your pup, whatever that may include. If there are any special needs or unique circumstances, just let me know. I have no age, breed or medical/physical/behavioral exceptions to the care I offer.
A typical day
Walks, runs, dog parks, backyard bathroom break, I am happy to meet your pets needs wherever they are and whatever they may be. If that’s long walks or runs to get out the “zoomies”, or a shorter walk but lots of belly rubs, I’ll adjust as needed. They’ll always have lots of love, fresh water and food/snacks as instructed.

Pet care experience
Hi! I’m Carol and I’ve been taking care of animals my entire life. My love for animals led me to earning a Bachelors of Science degree in Animal Medicine and I am a licensed veterinary nurse (CVTg). I worked 13 years in general practice, surgery, orthopedics, internal medicine, cardiology and emergency. From puppies to seniors, nervous/anxious or special needs - I welcome all dogs. While we all want our pups to be healthy forever, my background offers the unique ability to provide expert elevated care and guidance if needed. With me, you’re not just getting a dog walker, you’re getting a lifetime of professional training, knowledge and elite skill set.

Reviews
Carol was amazing! You can immediately tell she has a ton of experience with dogs, and her background as a vet tech gave me so much peace of mind. As someone who worries about every little thing with my pup, that made a huge difference. She kept me updated, was incredibly reliable, and I always knew my pup was in great hands. Finding someone you trust with your dog isn’t easy, but Carol exceeded every expectation. I’d recommend her in a heartbeat!
I can’t recommend her enough! She is incredibly reliable, dependable, and has an amazing connection with dogs. I’ve never met anyone who is so patient, caring, and attentive to each dog’s individual needs. When one of our dogs was battling cancer, she went above and beyond to give him the extra love, attention, and gentle care he needed. Her compassion during that difficult time meant so much to our family. I trust her completely with my dogs and know they are always safe, happy, and loved in her care. She treats every dog like they’re her own, and that kind of peace of mind is priceless. If you’re looking for someone you can truly trust with your precious pets, she’s the one
You can’t find a better person to entrust with your pooch. Carol is a former vet tech and can deal with any type of breed or canine personality. She loves animals and has a wealth of experiences in taking care of them. You will have zero apprehensions in hiring her to help you out with you r family friend.
