About: I grew up with dogs, lived with cats, and overall have a strong love for animals. While I can’t have any own dog/pet right now due to finances and time constraints, I’d love to spend some time with your furry friend and get my steps in! I am reliable, loving, and eager to meet new people and pets. I work from 8am-4pm Monday through Friday. My schedule is pretty flexible and I am able to drive home during lunch if needed to let the dog out. I live in a one bedroom apartment with no yard, but I go on daily walks in Belmar. When caring for a dog in my apartment or your home, I would enforce the same rules the dog follows at home in terms of their routine and what is comfortable with you.

My little fella usually takes a while before he feels comfortable eating with a new sitter but he had no issues with her! She even fed him his motion sickness medication before I picked him up. “Karen did a wonderful job of keeping my excitable, 6 1/2-year-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Flicker safe and happy during a two-week stay. Flicker had a great time playing with Karen's younger dog, Finnegan, lounging comfortably in the house, and sniffing around in the grassy, fenced-in backyard. Karen's own two small dogs, Oliver and Finnegan, are both very gentle and sweet, as were all other canine visitors. Karen's home is equipped with gates at doorways to allow any dog visitors to be safely corralled in different rooms, and she was very responsive to my request for Flicker to be leashed while outdoors in the backyard. Each day, I received lovely pictures and updates about how Flicker was doing, so I could see that he was adjusting well and having a great time. Karen is very experienced and has great communication and attention to detail, working with me to coordinate Flicker's drop-offs with his crate. This would be an especially great, safe place for dogs who are older or who have any special needs. Thanks so much for everything, Karen!!”

Over the last 2 years, I've had the experience of caring for my senior (17-year-old) dog who became both blind and deaf. I am especially happy to provide care for your senior or special needs dog. I'm comfortable diapering, giving drops and meds, changing wee wee pads, and doing extra clean up. Caring for pets is my main job so I have availability 7 days a week. I am happy to accommodate last-minute requests whenever I am available. For boarding or doggie day care, your dog will be in my large, puppy-proofed living room. I’ve been around dogs of all ages, sizes and breeds, understanding each one is unique and needs certain care. I have helped train a chocolate lab (a very energetic boy named Brody) from a puppy. This was a concern for us when choosing someone to walk him. He is 85 lbs, and when he kicks into stubborn mode, he can be a bit challenging. I could tell immediately that Melissa has experience training dogs, and working through those behaviors. She has been fantastic! We have booked with Melissa multiple times. “Bridgette was a great host for my pup-son! When i dropped him off, the first thing she said was, “I’ve been excited all day waiting for him!” How comforting that was to hear?! She sent ample pictures and even videos! She took him to the dog park, on long walks, and challenged him with puzzles. My little fella usually takes a while before he feels comfortable eating with a new sitter but he had no issues with her! She even fed him his motion sickness medication before I picked him up. I would recommend Bridgette to any and all of my friends/family. Your pup will be in good hands. Added bonus that she was able to squeeze him in on short notice!”

I make sure every pet in my care gets plenty of physical and mental exercise and has lots of fun doing it! I have been taking care of dogs and cats for over 20 years. Over the last 2 years, I've had the experience of caring for my senior (17-year-old) dog who became both blind and deaf. I am especially happy to provide care for your senior or special needs dog. I'm comfortable diapering, giving drops and meds, changing wee wee pads, and doing extra clean up. Caring for pets is my main job so I have availability 7 days a week. I am happy to accommodate last-minute requests whenever I am available. For boarding or doggie day care, your dog will be in my large, puppy-proofed living room. I have half a dozen cozy dog beds, dog toys, and treat puzzles. Dogs are also allowed on all furniture. Our Paw-ncierge Kessie is a very calm, 9-year-old Shih Tzu. She is dedicated to welcoming all furry friends 24/7, 365 days a year. My house is located 5-minutes from the beach, 10 minutes to the dog beach in either Asbury or Spring Lake, and about 10 minutes from the Off-Leash Dog Parks in Neptune and Wall. My backseat is set up with cozy dog beds and a pet hammock for safety.

About: I’ve had dogs since I was a teenager and I am obsessed with mine now. My dogs are so friendly and they love to play with new friends so I would love to host your dog in my home which is a fenced in yard. Plenty of space to run and a very clean environment. I am a work from home mom with two boys who are 10 and 12 who also love dogs. because of my schedule, I am able to be home to take care of the pups. I would treat them like my own! They are welcome to Rome in a comfortable large space and run around in the backyard with lots of walks every couple of hours.

About: I have experience with all dogs, big and small. I can be trusted with all activities, from day care to simple walks around the neighborhood. My work is flexible with time and place. I work in homes and telehealth, so I am home for majority of the day. I would only be out a maximum 2 hours. I take care of the pup and their environment! I will make sure to take cautionary measures to prevent injury, including keeping the home cleaned and free of items that they could pick up.

About: I have taken care of dogs for most of my adult life. My wife and I have made a point to adopt large older dogs that tend to be stuck in the shelter system. All dogs are good and deserve to live a fun filled, happy, and loved life. I am also recently pet CPR and first aid certified by The American Red Cross. Im currently working part time three nights during the week so I have plenty of free time to take care of your pups. Having recently lost our beloved Mastiff, I've been craving some pup time. I have a fully fenced in yard and have plenty of room to crate your pups. We recently lost our dog so we are pet free. Being dog people, we welcome your dogs like they were our family.
“Kathleen was the BEST! This was our first time using Rover and we were so so nervous, but Kathleen made our experience so easy. She kept us updated every day with adorable photos, took our pupper out to a doggie friendly restaurant, and even gave him a bath before we came to get him! Kathleen was so flexible and understanding that she stayed awake until midnight so we could come get our little guy a day early because we couldn’t spend another night without him. We’ll 100% be using Kathleen again — highly recommended!!”
