“Kali was a great choice, she took great care of our dog( who can be challenging at times) She was a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend her to anyone needing a sitter.”
“Mark and his awesome kids took wonderful care of Pearl for the weekend! She was showered with attention and got lots of exercise. Mark is really easy to communicate with and he sent me lots of updates and pics of Pearl. I highly recommend Mark and his family!!”
“Meghan and Rob were absolutely wonderful. I had never left my Maverick with anyone outside the family and from the meet and greet through the entire stay I felt comfortable and like my dog would be well taken care of even with his history of being reactive. I received pictures and videos and they even took TV request. I would highly recommend Meghan.”
“Melissa took such great care of my dog while I was out of town. She sent me pics and updates at least once a day. I felt very comfortable leaving my dog in her care, I would definitely use her again and recommend her to others.”
“Fiona is great! Our little Sherlock boy loved her! He is an old man, set in his ways but he was very comfortable with her. She sent pics and updates throughout his stay and even got him new treats. He has a nervous habit of drinking a lot of water when in a new environment. She immediately picked up on it and messaged me and watched him as he settled down into normal drinking levels. Rover and Fiona in particular were a great solution for us while camping at a no-dogs campground.”
About: As a life long dog owner, I know how important it is to have someone else in your circle to care for your pets. I have raised my own lab from a puppy and trained her to be the best house dog she can be! I love to be active and on the go! Senior dogs who want to soak up every moment this life has to offer is also in my wheel house. I'm currently working part time as a substitute teacher and I am done for the day around 2:30 pm. I will have evenings free for walks and boarding. I don't have children of my own, so offering services for pets is a way I can contribute to this new community I have found myself in. I have a fenced in yard and access to an open walking path within walking distance of my home. As a PE teacher, I am very active and love to stay moving after school. I have always believed a tired dog, is a happy dog :) I also have experience in nannying and professional organizing, so staying in a client's home is also something I am privy to.
“We had such a great experience with Carly! Fig absolutely loved spending time with Willow- they became fast friends. It was such a comfort knowing Fig was in a warm, caring home with another sweet pup to play with. Highly recommend!”
“My pup Django loved his time with Carol Ann! She is the sweetest and spent lots of time with him - he even got sick to his stomach halfway through the trip and she made sure to nurse him back to health. Had no worries at all while away on our one week vacay!”
“I can't recommend Victoria highly enough! From the very beginning, she was reliable, communicative, and genuinely caring. It was clear that my dog was treated like family, and I received regular updates and photos that gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. She went above and beyond to make sure my dog's routine was maintained and that all of their needs were met. If you're looking for someone trustworthy, compassionate, and dependable to care for your pet, I would absolutely recommend Victoria. I'll definitely be booking with her again!”
“Karen did a great job of taking care of our dog Riley. I was nervous about leaving him but he did really well with her. Karen sent regular updates and pictures. I will definitely use her again.”
“Let me start by saying that I was incredibly anxious about leaving my dog with a new sitter, I have only left my pup one other time and it has been with family and as this was not possible I reached out to Cristy! Cristy has been walking my dog intermittently and has always been prompt and reliable! The board visit was no different! She promised frequent pics and updates and she delivered! You could tell my dog was having fun and was very well cared for! Cristy will be my go-to boarder as long as she is taking clients!”
“Sydney was very sweet and very professional. I could tell she took her dogsitting very seriously and could also tell my dog enjoyed being around her. I highly recommend Sydney.”
“Kat took amazing care of our Axel for the holiday weekend! She was super sweet, kind, accommodate us last minute, and actually cared to know his routine and what works for him. “I needed To book last minute and Katie was awesome! Our dog Zelda had an awesome time and came home so happy. This is our first time leaving our dog with a pet sitter and Katie was great with texts and pics and updates! We def will have her watch Zelda every time we go away!”
“Danielle did a remarkable job sitting Basil over the holiday weekend. Basil was very well taken care of and was sad to leave when I came to pick him up. Danielle was also incredibly flexible; she allowed us to pick up Basil at a different date / time than we previously agreed upon. I couldn’t recommend Danielle enough :)!!”
“Amazing. We could not have found anyone better to take care of our dog while away. Megan and her husband were fantastic to work with, so easy with our schedule and gave our dog even more attention than we ever could! They sent me pictures everyday which was so comforting and when it came time to pick up my dog she wasnt even overly excited to see me- I think she would have preferred to stay with them longer :)”

“Sarah was fantastic. Dropped in for my two cats for 5 days. The cats were comfortable with her and she was able to give my cat her meds. She gave me great updates & photos every day. I’m so grateful for Sarah and highly recommend her!!”
About: 16 years of loving, reliable pet care-experienced with dogs of all sizes, seniors to puppies. Passionate, patient, and always focused on your pet’s happiness. Thank you! I currently work from home 3 days a week and will be available on weekends as well! Very flexible schedule and happy to accommodate a variety of availability. I care for pets like they’re my own-with love, patience, and attention to their unique needs. Safety, comfort, and lots of affection come first and foremost
“Jessica is a cat whisperer!!! She took amazing care of my two cats while I was traveling. One of my kitties is extremely shy and usually never comes out from hiding for anyone…but Jessica got her out of her hiding spot and playing! My other cat has a lot of energy and Jessica played with him a lot, too! It was so nice knowing that my cats were in good hands while I was away. Jessica is extremely responsible, reliable, and dependent. I feel like she took care of my cats as if they were her own.”
“Carly was a blessing to have while we were away. We have two senior kitties who both require medication and she was able to administer it all. Super communicative and personable. Highly recommend and will use again.”
“Jessica is a cat-sitting superstar! We couldn’t have asked for a better person to care for our three cats while we were away on vacation. From day one, Jessica went above and beyond—sending daily updates, adorable photos, and little notes about their behavior that reassured us they were in the best hands. Each cat has their own personality (and quirks!), but Jessica handled them all with so much patience, love, and attentiveness. When we came home, the litter boxes were spotless, the food bowls were just right, and most importantly, the cats were relaxed, happy, and clearly well-loved. It honestly felt like they were on vacation too! Jessica treated them like family, and we are beyond grateful. We would trust her again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Jessica, for giving us total peace of mind while we were away! 🐾❤️”
“Excellent. Matthew was able to accommodate me last minute, which I really appreciated. He was very responsive and stayed in contact with me regarding my cat’s care. While my cat hid (typical) while he was at my house, Matthew left the food and water as directed and attempted to find Princess for play. I will use him again.”
“Melissa provided exceptionally good care for our little girl and was a great housesitter, leaving our place in great shape at the end of the stay. We got several entertaining photos and updates! We’d definitely ask for Melissa again and would recommend her to anyone!”
“Olivia took wonderful care of our two mad crazy fur creatures! She sent adorable updates on them, even catching sight of our extremely elusive resident flouf, the Owl. Everything was tidy and lovely when we got back. Definitely will be contacting Oliva for our next little time away.”
“Katie is an outstanding kitty sitter! I highly recommend her. I have a sweet elder cat that she somehow gets to play with her toys, he loves her, and always looks in great condition on my return.”
“This is my second time booking with Anahi, and it’s been another great experience. She is highly communicative, very loving and attentive to my cat, and from the pics I get, he is clearly in love with her. I had concerns about being away during the winter storm, and both Anahi’s and Purr’s safety with roads iced over. We worked it out, and all was well. Thank you so much, Anahi! We appreciate you!”
About: I personally know what it means to be willing to trust others with your pet (it can be a little scary at first!). I have a 12 year old Yorkie myself who is my best friend, and I would be taking the same steps to ensure she was in the best care. I am an animal-loving, compassionate health-care provider that is a local and looking to spend my spare time to help others with their fur babies. I am open to any requests you may have :) Please feel free to contact me about anything and I will try my absolute best to accommodate. Early mornings before work (before 8am), or later afternoons (any time after 6pm), and ALL-DAY on weekends I am available. Dependent on request, I may be able to accommodate on lunch as well (I work in point pleasant and can drive back on lunch) While I cannot take your pet to my home, I will be more than happy to go to your home to best suit your needs.
“Samantha was amazing. This was our first time using her and she was great. My boy is being and in need of insulin. He has anxiety when I'm not with him and could be a handful. Samantha didn't give up on him and tried different ways to make him comfortable with taking his shots from her. I was able to enjoy my vacation knowing he was in great hands. We will definitely be using her again.”
About: I have experience caring for both indoor and outdoor cats, including having had my own indoor and outdoor cats. “We were traveling out of town and needed a doggy day care solution. Katie was super responsive and flexible with our schedule! She sent us photos and kept us up to date. She was great to work with and we really appreciated her attention to our pup :)”
“Tina did a great job taking care of Mia, and we were thankful that she responded right away to a short-notice request to watch her. Mia took to Tina immediately, running to greet her. We also appreciated the timely updates and Tina's efforts to get our nervous dog to eat.”
“Brian is reliable, kind and was a wonderful companion to our dog! He made everything so easy, and took fantastic care of our puppy so that we could enjoy our family vacation. Thank you Brian! We hope we see you again soon.”
About: Ever wish you knew someone in town who could care for your pet as lovingly as you do? Well, now you do! I provide private boarding in my home, individual pet sitting in your home, and fun & attentive walks. I am extremely tuned in to your pet's comfort, safety, and enrichment. I make sure every pet in my care gets plenty of physical and mental exercise and has lots of fun doing it! I have been taking care of dogs and cats for over 20 years. Over the last 2 years, I've had the experience of caring for my senior (17-year-old) dog who became both blind and deaf. I am especially happy to provide care for your senior or special needs dog. I'm comfortable diapering, giving drops and meds, changing wee wee pads, and doing extra clean up. Caring for pets is my main job so I have availability 7 days a week. I am happy to accommodate last-minute requests whenever I am available. For boarding or doggie day care, your dog will be in my large, puppy-proofed living room. I have half a dozen cozy dog beds, dog toys, and treat puzzles. Dogs are also allowed on all furniture. Our Paw-ncierge Kessie is a very calm, 9-year-old Shih Tzu. She is dedicated to welcoming all furry friends 24/7, 365 days a year. My house is located 5-minutes from the beach, 10 minutes to the dog beach in either Asbury or Spring Lake, and about 10 minutes from the Off-Leash Dog Parks in Neptune and Wall. My backseat is set up with cozy dog beds and a pet hammock for safety.
“Rachel was an amazing host for our Cleo. She made sure to know any special needs of our dog and also has a house that is very pet friendly. Lots of beds and toys for the pups to play with. Our dog loves the company of other dogs so her and Rachel’s dog got along like sisters. Rachel was kind enough to plan a day of activities for Cleo, taking her to a few dog parks and a nature walk (Rachel sends photos often so you can be aware of what they are up to). Cleo was happy and exhausted from the good time she had at Rachel’s and we all know a tired dog is a happy dog and care taker. Will be looking forward to having Cleo stay with Rachel again when we’re in the area.”
About: I was the full time Mom for our Havanese until he passed at 11 1/2 years old. I love spending time with dogs on a long walk, playtime, or practicing simple commands. I'm extremely patient and loving, and will treat your dog as my own! I have a very flexible work-from-home schedule, which makes it possible for me to accept a variety of walk or visit times (in addition to the scheduled shown), and I can often take a last minute request. Pet safety is my number one priority. I don't take chances, we always stay safe whether it's being properly leashed or making sure there's nothing dangerous within your dog's reach.
About: I will provide a fun, family friendly home for your beloved pet to stay while you are away. I have had 1 wonderful dog of a mixed breed that I grew up with during my childhood and one large breed dog that I owned for 10 years during my young adulthood. I currently have 3 dogs at home, 2 pugs and a female golden retriever. I only hope they can bring joy and fulfillment to my children as they grow with our family. I appreciate the time and money that you have spent in utilizing a service such as this instead of a boarding kennel. Thank you for your consideration and I hope we can meet soon! I currently work from home so I am available to care for your beloved pet at anytime of the day. I can do multiple drop-in visits throughout the day. My hours are very flexible. I can walk your dog around the neighborhood if that is what you prefer or let them out into your backyard if you would like drop-in visits at your home. I also provide boarding at my home if that is what you need. I have an unfenced backyard with a lead in the ground so your pet can be in the backyard and have safety and security to run around or I can take them on walks if that is what you would like. I also provide overnight stays as well.
“Kathleen was exceptional! Communicated early and often and was very accommodating and flexible. She definitely knows her dogs and has a lot of experience caring for all types of breeds and dogs of all sizes and temperaments. Will absolutely use her as my “go to” from now on!”
“Michelle came through for us at the last minute when we needed a sitter for our two dogs on Christmas Eve. She made us feel totally at ease leaving our pups with her and sent lots of updates and pictures throughout the stay! She’s a great sitter - I recommend!”
About: I’ve spent my life working with a host of dogs - from family pets to reactive dogs or those with complex medical needs . I have experience with all temperaments and am comfortable managing reactive dogs, strict schedules, and intensive care requirements. My first priority is keeping their day-to-day as consistent as possible. I’ll always follow your training cues and preferred commands to continue your hard work. Whether it’s an overnight or an daily drop in, I keep their routine predictable to make a stressful situation as smooth as possible. I send frequent updates and take loads of pictures - so you can rest assured your little guy is well taken care of ! I’m an online student with no 9-5 restrictions so your dog gets genuine care and attention, not just a "barely there" drop in. I love going on outings and adventures (if your comfortable with that), and I prioritize safety above all else. We stick to quiet environments where we can explore and sniff comfortably without the stress of unwanted dog-to-dog interactions. I never let them get nose-to-nose with other pets, or go to high dog populated spaces. I’m currently accepting new clients for the 2026 season and would love to meet your pet! Send me a message and we can talk about your dog’s needs. As a WFH & online student, my schedule is open and very flexible. I don’t have that 9-to-5 absence, and am able to provide genuine care and continuous supervision. Whether your dog has intensive care requirements, a strict schedule, or needs to go out every two hours, I adapt my schedule around their needs. I am available for structured day-to-day care, boarding, house sitting, and can accommodate last-minute bookings Safety and routine consistency are my top priorities. Handing your dog over to someone new is stressful, for you and for them. I mitigate this by following your specific training cues, household rules, and preferred commands so your hard work never gets undone. When out and about we go to dog friendly spaces - outdoor bars, hikes, or businesses where dogs are welcome, while avoiding spaces over run with others like dog parks or pet smart. As much as I love a good furry friend, I'm taking care of your loved one and take responsibility for their care and wellbeing seriously.
“Meredith did a great job with my dog, Otis. He came back happy, tired, and well taken care of. She communicated clearly, was easy to work with, and flexible with my work schedule. I’ll definitely book with her again if she’s available. Highly recommend.”
“A GODSEND. We call Kathy’s place “Resort de la Vizsla” and my pup Frannie has the BEST DAYS EVER there. Kathy has been more than kind to me and Frannie with drop off and pick up hours, as I work long days at Jersey Shore Med. If you’re a nurse or work in the area this is THE BEST!!! I know my pup is loved, cared for and get pictures to show all the snuggles and snacks. If you’re nervous about finding a good sitter… look no further!!!! You found HEAVEN.”
“Carly was fantastic! Moose was so happy to be there - went on a nice walk in the morning and playtime in during the day. He was wiped when he got home and a happy boy! He is going back tomorrow!! Highly recommend”
About: Hi my name is Micaela and one thing about me is that I adore animals! I love all animals so very much. I also feel that I work really well with them. I’ve had dogs and cats my entire life. Most of my dogs have been big dogs so I’m pretty good with handling any challenge that’s thrown my way. I’ve had more aggressive and protective dogs as well as laid back dogs and I’ve loved all. I’ve also worked at local shelters in my hometown and felt that that helped me gain more experience working with varying animals. I trained a couple of my dogs from a young age and though I’m not certified I felt that I did a pretty good job. I’m very patient and very genuine. I also watched my dogs whenever my parents would go on business trips which was quite often so I’d say this is the perfect job for me! I’m a college student but have majority of my classes online so my schedule is pretty clear. I love being outdoors and in nature so dog walking is right up my alley. I also love just chilling at home so I have no problem with that as well. I will always be respectful of others space especially if they are allowing me to stay in their home and watch their animals. I would say I’m a pretty neat person and don’t mind cleaning up if anything is needed. Genuinely it makes me happy to help others around the house if necessary. I used to babysit for a while and would always tidy up when I could find the time. I recently moved and now live with my grandparents and mom. We also have a chocolate lab who’s very energetic and loves to play. We have a fenced in yard and a conservation close to our house so there’s plenty of space for the animals. We love having dogs in the house.
“Thank you Alexis for taking care of our Connor Boy. We appreciate all the photos and could see Connor was having a terrific time playing with Levi and all the toys you had for him. We also appreciate your prompt communication your prompt replies to our questions or concerns. We can see you have a genuine love for animals and really enjoy having them as guests at your home. We look forward to booking a follow-up date when the opportunity comes up.”

“Such a pleasure to hear from Sarah. She was a life saver and instantly became friends with Jett.when I came home he was exhausted! Sarah was communicative and professional. Thank you for being wonderful Sarah!”
“First time meeting Petey. Kathy was great. It only took him a couple of minutes to know she’s ok. Very happy to walk with her.🙂 He came home very happy, ready to play. 👍🏼💕She arrived on time, and I will definitely hire her again.”
“Melissa has been fantastic! We have a very stubborn, senior Weimaraner, rescue. He came to us without a lot of training and his leash and general manners, were hit or miss. This was a concern for us when choosing someone to walk him. He is 85 lbs, and when he kicks into stubborn mode, he can be a bit challenging. I could tell immediately that Melissa has experience training dogs, and working through those behaviors. She has been fantastic! We have booked with Melissa multiple times. She is always on time for Bruno’s walks, and her communication is timely and personal. (I’ve had walkers past, where it seemed like I was chatting with an AI bot). I highly recommend Melissa, and Im grateful we found her!”
“I highly recommend Samantha to care for your babies. She is very punctual and always confirms before her visit. She was able to help out with a last-minute request and she's my dog's new best friend.”
“Joe is an absolutely amazing caregiver for my pet. Oliver loves interacting with Joe, and has quickly built a trusting bond with him. Joe is thorough, experienced, caring, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure the your satisfaction and happiness of your fur baby. I cannot say enough about how lucky we were to have found him on Rover. Thank you Joe!”
“Jessica was outstanding! She was available on NYE when I needed last minute help. She even came to the house during the day and met with me and Bowie for a meet and greet before she came back that evening on her own. She went above and beyond with sending me updates as well as photos and videos, and even did other things like refill his food and water and remove his collar once he was in for the night (as I requested). My dog instantly was comfortable around her and you can see that she is very professional and passionate about her job. 10/10 recommend, she was so kind and a true life saver!”
“There are not enough nice things I can say about Jessica! She was great with Keyser! Keyser is a senior and can be a little tricky to care for. But, he bonded with Jessica instantly and we knew he was in great hands! We highly recommend Jessica!”

“Bridgette was a great host for my pup-son! When i dropped him off, the first thing she said was, “I’ve been excited all day waiting for him!” How comforting that was to hear?! She sent ample pictures and even videos! She took him to the dog park, on long walks, and challenged him with puzzles. My little fella usually takes a while before he feels comfortable eating with a new sitter but he had no issues with her! She even fed him his motion sickness medication before I picked him up. I would recommend Bridgette to any and all of my friends/family. Your pup will be in good hands. Added bonus that she was able to squeeze him in on short notice!”
“Keith and his wife Jennifer are amazing with my greyhounds and my greys truly love them. They are a special breed and former racers, so they have some personalities. “Rosemery was excellent with my King Charles cavalier!. It was my first time using the app and leaving my three year old dog with someone who wasn’t family. She was amazing with keeping in touch and sending pictures. My dog looked so happy and comfortable to be cared for by her. I would highly recommend her and will def use her again in the future!!”
“Joe was an awesome sitter for our dog Sherman. He took amazing care of him , spoiled him rotten and treated him like his own pet. Communication was spectacular with numerous updates. Will recommend him to anyone who needs the best dog sitter. Thank you Joe!!”
