About: Hi! I’m Maria. I’ve always been an animal lover. I started pet sitting for babysitting clients as a teen and now I love talking long walks with my own dog. I’m new to Rover but committed to providing reliable, loving care. I’ll treat your pet like my own and follow any routine you provide. Can’t wait to meet your furry friend! I have a flexible work from home mom schedule. I can take time throughout the work day and in the evenings as well to spend some time with your pets. Your pet’s safety is my top priority. While my yard is unfenced, all outdoor time is supervised, and I only take pets out on leash. I have a friendly, well-socialized dog who gets along with others, but I always do slow introductions to make sure everyone’s comfortable. I also have two respectful, animal-loving kids who are gentle and used to being around dogs. I’ll follow any care instructions you provide to make your pet feel right at home.

About: I grew up with dogs and have never met a dog I didn't love. I can handle all shapes and sizes. I know they would rather be with their owner most of all, but I hope that I can make their pet sitting or walking experience be something they can look forward to! Pet safety always comes first. Fun comes second! I like to bring a sanitized, highly durable dog ball to my visits if they show any interest to make our time extra special. I'm in school and my schedule will vary somewhat each semester, however I currently have lots of availability and availability. Let me know what times you need! I am happy to follow any instructions provided. I will take dogs out for walks for as long as is requested. We will walk close to the dog's preferred pace. I do not allow the dog to interact with other people or pets unless otherwise indicated. I may give the pet a treat at the end if you approve ahead of time. I leave the home in the same condition as it was when I arrived, barring any other requested tasks. If I take your pet for a walk on a muddy day, I will clean them after with my own hypoallergenic pet wipes. If I notice anything amiss, such as a limp while walking or other possible health concern, I will notify you immediately.

About: I grew up with different breeds and sizes of dogs from a Chihuahua’s to Mastiffs. I volunteered at Humane Society’s with my mother when I was younger. And my step mother and I also participated in Animal Rescue with friends and family during Hurricane Katrina. Fur Babies are family and should be treated as such. Plenty of exercise, feeding, grooming and play time will be provided. Long walks to help get rid of the zoomies and to breathe the fresh air. Rest assured I will treat your loved ones as I treat my own. Special needs such as medicine or and treatments can be given as well. I’ve had plenty of dogs and cats with health issues that had to be closely monitored. I’m patient and hard working and will do everything I can to provide the best service for your loved ones. This is my main source of income so I have open availability to make sure your fur babies are well taken care of. I make a point to not overlap my scheduled clients so that way I can give your full undivided attention. Although they will know you're not around, I will make sure that they feel as much love as they can until you're home to take back over. Although I do not do pet sitting at my home, I am very willing to do so at yours. I like to take notes and have written down information to make sure that your pet's routine is as similar to what they're used to as possible. I know how stressful it can be for them when their loved ones are away. So whether it is medication, feeding, walks, play time, I want it to be as least stressful of a situation for them as possible. So that way you are able to come back home to the happy healthy baby that you know and love.

About: I’ve dog sat for the past 6 years. I’ve done dog sitting for co workers, family members, and friends! I have had dogs all of my life and I love to care for them 🩵 I am a pre school teacher so I have many breaks including summers off, winter break, summer break. We have half days on Fridays and get off relatively early on the weekdays. When caring for pets in their own home, I focus on keeping them comfortable and stress free. I follow your instructions to your wants for your pup: feeding, potty breaks, playtime, and cuddles as requested. I make sure your pet feels safe while you’re away and your home is treated with respect. Walks are structured, fun, and tailored to your dog’s pace and preferences.

About: I've had animals all my life. I've house sat for multiple families and friends while they were gone at work or on vacation. I have experience with oral and topical medication administering. If your dog is reactive or loves to pull during walks, don't worry I've had experience with a wide range of dogs and personally have experience with my own dogs who are reactive and love to pull too. I adore taking care of cats even if your cat is not social or shy I do love being able to care for them! I understand trusting someone else with your fur baby can be hard but I assure you that your pet will ALWAYS be in good hands and safe with me! My main goal is to ease your stress as the owner and ultimately ease your pet's stress while being away from you by providing great care and upholding all pets needs! I currently work full time hospital three days a week (12 hour shifts) and in nursing school (class Tuesday from 7am-10am and Wednesday 7am-5pm). I am available on my days off for drop ins and casual walks when needed. I have an almost set schedule at work that only changes maybe once a month but I am willing to work around your schedule to try to best accommodate you and your fur baby. If there are days that you are interested in booking and are not available on my calendar please feel free to reach out! If I am dropping in at your home I like to know if your animal(s) are allowed on furniture or what their routines are. I like to keep pets use to their at home routines so you and your pet(s) feel comfortable at all times. For dogs I like to know how your pet does with other animals, loud noise, strangers walking by, how well they tolerate walks and if they are allowed treats. For cats I like to know if they are allowed treats, if they like physical touch or if they try to escape outside. I also love giving photo/video updates!

About: I fell in love with dogs at a very young age. Their loving and caring nature is something that drives a passion in me for them. I’ve been sitting dogs for over 5 years and have even provided long term care for the dogs of family and friends. I love their energetic spirits because it matches my own.
