About: Hello! My name is Julissa. I have so much love for all pets and animals. Growing up, i’ve always had a dog in the house, and they were always such an important member of our family. It’s been about five years since I’ve had a dog of my own. My last dog’s name was Sasha. We adopted her when she was six and had her until she was about thirteen. She was so smart, loving, and anxious when we first got her so our first few years together were spent establishing trust. Eventually we managed to off-leash train and we worked a lot on her recall so that we could enjoy longer walks and outdoor activities while ensuring that she always felt safe in her environment. At home we set her bed up in the kitchen, where we would pass our time cooking and spending a lot of quality time together. I had so many good years with my Sasha, and since she passed I have genuinely missed spending time with animals on a consistent basis. Since then, most if not all of my friends and family have entrusted me with taking care of their animals when they are busy or traveling, so I’ve had a lot of experience with many different pets and their varying needs/personalities. I work freelance as an artist. I am a musician, so I often stay at home practicing or composing. However most of my work is in the film industry, and this work ranges from smaller independent projects to network television. Although I do work on set sometimes, I try to take on as many post-production gigs as possible, so I often find myself sitting behind a desk all day. I have always made it a priority to work in a field that I am passionate about, and my decision to work with Rover has been no different. Caring for animals is not only something I am passionate about, but also a wonderful opportunity to go on walks and spend quality time with pets. I will always be very clear about any changes in my work schedule if those are to arise, but my reliability and dedication never wavers I have a fenced in yard and plenty of spaces in the house for your pet to wander and feel comfortable. I am also very trust worthy, organized, communicative, and extremely eager to work with you!

About: Hi! My name is Betsy, I am an animal lover who loves to be around pets and take care of them. I have hands-on experience taking care of my grandmother's cat and dog since they were babies, where I helped with feeding, walking, cleaning and providing companionship. I am happy to spend quality time with pets, give them the attention they deserve and take care of their needs. I am currently a full time college student. My availability is as follows: I am available on most weekends and Wednesdays. during weekdays I would be mostly available during evenings except for Tuesdays and Thursdays. I make sure your pets feel safe and comfortable. I would make sure to follow each pets routine carefully which include feeding, walking and playtime. I am happy to provide regular updates with photos and messages to owners. About: I have always loved animals of all kinds and all ages. I have experience in potty training, crate training, basic commands as well as socialization skills I'm currently a stay at home mom. I have 2 toddlers gentle toddlers who are also animal lovers..We have a poodle who is very friendly and we will love to welcome your fur baby to our home. I have a fenced in backyard and a fur baby that will keep your fur baby entertained. We take trips to the local parks and walks around the neighborhood.

“Karlos was awesome with our 5 kitties and dropped by before we left for vacay so that we could show him the rundown of where everything was. He was flexible and accommodating of our feeding and litter box times and asked questions whenever he was unsure. He provided us with details and photos of my furbabies during each visit. One of my girls has IBS and he would send us pictures of her food dish to make sure she was getting her RX food. Another one of my girls tends to sometimes pee outside of the litter box and Karlos would inform us if she did and mop up the urine. And to top it all off, he was patient and caring towards my kitties (which means a great deal in a world where an animals life isn't considered as precious as a humans).”

About: I am a med student student who loves animals. I have been dog-sitting since I was a freshman in high school. I started off caring for an elderly dog who had a difficult time walking. I have also worked with a dog who had a limp due to an injured leg and needed to be given medication on time. With each time I sit, I give a summary at the end so that you can also know what your furry friend has been up to. Along with all the dogs I have worked with I also own an adopted dog. My family and I adopted him in my sophomore year of high school. He has taught me to be very patient and aware of his needs. I enjoy baking peanut butter cookies to feed him and have baked them for other clients. I am a great sitter because I will care for your dog as if it is my own. I will attend to his or her every need along with baking him/her treats. Something I can provide that others may not be able to provide is long walks along the National Mall. I am a dancer and enjoy going for runs. If a dog is able to, I would love to go for a run with him or her. I am a good sitter because I provide care that exceeds one's expectations. I have school for 2 hours on most days. Therefore pet care fits into my schedule easily. I enjoy going on walks which provide the perfect exercise for dogs. I also like baking and I tend to bake treats for my pets. I don't have a fence, however, I am at my desk when I am working. So I will be able to provide constant company to your pet. I love to go on walks and will take the pet as often as they need. I do not have my own yard, however, I do have a small fenced-in area I can take the dog for play time.

About: I’ve been dog and cat sitting for my friends for the past 3 years. I’m looking to expand my horizons and make new furry friends along the way :) My schedule varies a bit because I’m currently in med school, but on any of my days off, I’d love to spend time with some fur buddies! About: I’ve taken care of all my family pets as well as my friends pets too. I don’t mind bathing or walking them, feeding as well of course. I do work a full time job, but I get out early so I have time of course and why not walk some cute pups. I do have pets at home, 2 cats who are free to roam, but I do have 2 pet Carriers and a gate if needed.

About: I grew up in a very dog friendly neighborhood, and owned/cared for a dog since I was in kindergarten. I am very passionate about animals and love going for walks-so dog sitting is the perfect position for me. I am taking a physics class at Georgetown University, so I am free after 1 pm on Mondays and Wednesdays, and after 12 on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I will be very gentle and loving, take the dogs for walks if their health permits, and play in the yard with them. I believe in an active care routine with lots of walking, playing, and running, of course supplemented by by food and water! (as long as the pet is healthy enough to participate).
