About: I have three dogs of my own, ranging from 5 years old to my sweet senior, so I’m very used to different personalities, energy levels, and needs. They’re currently at my home out of state while I’m temporarily staying in the area, and I miss having them around more than I expected! I figured one of the best ways to spend some of my extra time here is helping other people care for their pets and getting some much-needed dog time in the process. I know how important it is to have someone you genuinely trust with your pets. Let me know what your pet needs and I’ll take care of them. I’m also very comfortable with senior dogs and understand that some pets need a little more patience or prefer to do things at their own pace. Most importantly, I’ll care for your pets the way I’d want someone to care for mine, with lots of love, attention, and respect for the fact that they’re part of your family. I do work during the week, so I want to be upfront about what you and your pet can expect from me. On weekdays, I’ll make sure your dog gets a walk in the morning before I start my day, followed by two walks in the evening and plenty of attention and playtime once I’m home. I’m happy to maintain their normal feeding and bedtime routines as well. I want your pet to feel comfortable, cared for, and loved while you’re away, even while I’m at work. Weekends are all for loving on your pet! Your pet’s safety and comfort are extremely important to me. Dogs in my care will always be leashed anytime we are outside or on a walk, no exceptions. Let me know if there are any special needs or quirks I should know about. I’m attentive to changes in behavior and will always respect your pet’s personality and boundaries. I’ll also keep you updated so you can relax knowing your pet is safe, happy, and getting plenty of love and attention.

is was our first time leaving Mae with someone outside our circle of friends and neighbors, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! Shanna and her family were incredibly welcoming, and Mae absolutely loved their large backyard. Mae can be a little skittish in new environments, but within five minutes of arriving, she was already playing with Shanna's dog! Throughout our trip, Shanna sent plenty of photos, videos, and updates, which gave us such peace of mind knowing Mae was happy and having a great time. By the time we brought her home, she was completely worn out from all the fun! We're so glad we found Shanna and her family. She'll absolutely be one of our go-to sitters in the future. Highly recommend!
Karen was able to watch my dog on short notice for an emergency, and she relieved all my worries! She was attentive to my dog, followed all of his care instructions, and took him outside plenty of times. She was able to calm my dog’s separation anxiety while I was away. The neighborhood in her area is very dog friendly, too.
Eva was such a great sitter for Naomi! I loved how comfortable Naomi seemed in her home, which made me feel so much better while we were away. Eva sent daily updates throughout Naomi’s stay, and I really appreciated being able to see how she was doing. I also loved that we were able to meet Eva for about 30 minutes a few days before Naomi’s scheduled stay. It gave all of us a chance to get comfortable with each other before leaving Naomi with her for the weekend, and that honestly sealed the deal for me!
