I’ve cared for dogs at every stage of life, from newborn puppies to senior dogs needing extra patience, attention, and care. I’ve personally owned and cared for a malamute mix, Boston terriers, a Maltese-Chihuahua mix and a German Shepherd, giving me experience with dogs of very different sizes, personalities, and needs. All of my dogs were with me through the end of their lives, so I’m especially comfortable caring for senior dogs and understand the extra attention and compassion they may need. I also have experience caring for newborn puppies and have regularly cared for friends’ dogs over the years. I truly enjoy getting to know each dog’s individual personality, routine, and preferences so they can feel safe and comfortable while their family is away.

I had a wonderful experience with Kiana. She was incredibly attentive and caring with my dog, and I really appreciated the continuous communication throughout his stay. She kept me updated and sent plenty of pictures, which gave me peace of mind knowing he was happy and well cared for. I could tell he was comfortable and enjoying his time with her and her family. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and caring to look after their dog!
I have watched Kiana deeply care for all kinds of animals with love that treats them equal to humans. As a caregiver she is deeply attentive, attuning, and engaged. She is also very communicative about their care and needs. She has looked after my family dog who adored her and I cannot recommend her enough!

Schedule
I am currently a virtual mental health therapist who works part-time from home, so I have plenty of time to love on your fur baby, take them for walks, or play their favorite games. My clients love when I have a dog curled up by me in my office during our sessions so your pup will never be alone.

I know every pet has their own personality, routine, and comfort level, so I do my best to keep things as familiar and consistent as possible while their family is away. I don’t have any other animals at home so your pets have my full attention. I follow each owner’s instructions for feeding, walks, potty breaks, medications, playtime, and any house rules or special needs. I’m happy to provide plenty of play and activity for energetic dogs or a quieter, slower pace for senior pets. Most importantly, I want pets to feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for, and I’ll keep you updated so you can feel confident that your pet is in good hands. The only consideration is that I do have a 3 year old son who loves dogs.
