About: I’ve been surrounded by pets my whole life—dogs, cats, birds, a snake, a bearded dragon, a turtle, hamsters… you name it! These days, I share my home with dogs, chickens, and some very vocal guinea fowl. As a freelance illustrator, I have the flexibility to give your pets the attention and love they deserve. I’ve even illustrated two books featuring a dog and a cat, so animals aren’t just in my life—they’re in my art! I’m comfortable caring for pets who need daily medication, too. I’m extremely protective of animals and will go above and beyond to keep them safe (I’ve even removed a rat snake from my chicken coop—your pet is in good hands!). I’ve rescued lost dogs and helped reunite them with their families, and once even saved a duck with a fishing hook stuck in it. About: I grew up loving and living with animals my entire life! There hasn't been a time where I haven't lived with an animal of some sort. Dogs, cats, hamsters, guinea pigs, and even fish! Dogs, fish, and various sweet rodents have been my life until I was 24, then I met the two feline loves of my life-Carl and Dixon! All of my friends have either a cat or a dog (and often, multiples of each!) so I am consistently surrounded by fellow animal lovers and caregivers who have taught me everything I know.
