“Eric has been sitting my 3 y/o rescue Beagle, Walter, for a few months now, to help with his separation anxiety. Eric is great -- not only is he understanding and knowledgeable of Walter's special needs, such as his fear of men and new situations, among other things, he's made some very helpful suggestions that have helped with Walter's anxiety. He is trustworthy, kind and reliable, and I would highly recommend him to anyone; you can rest easy knowing your pets are under Eric's care.”

12. Jackson & Katie M.
About: I have been a dog and cat sitter since I was a child. I now have a perfect house for hosting dogs with a half acre lot at the end of a quiet dead end street. There are no children in our home. We are able to accommodate dogs of varying temperaments and training levels. We have a well trained hound mutt that loves making new friends, as well as two dog friendly cats. Available for drop-ins, short midday walks, as well as longer midday hikes. We are just a warm and happy home ready to care for your furry friends! Thanks for checking us out! Part time ride share driver with flexible schedule that can adjust to suit your needs. Daily 2+ mile hikes with our dog are routine. Able to walk your dog solo or with our dog. Primary availability midday and evenings. Let's discuss your needs and see what works! I am available for boarding anytime, occasional personal travel permitting. We keep a dog safe home inside and out. We have a half acre unfenced yard with plenty of space to run and play. Depending on your dog's size and needs, and your comfort, we can setup temporary fencing or a lead. We will not leave anybody outside unsupervised. We have plenty of areas for crates if that is your dog's need or preference. We are happy for your dog to sleep in our bedroom or wherever they feel comfortable. We have separate areas for feeding if food aggression is an issue. When we are out of the house we are comfortable leaving your dog in or out of crate depending on temperament and the needs/routine of your pooch. On walks I keep dogs leashed at all times. If you wish for your dog to be allowed off leash I ask that we take a hike together beforehand. If your dog will be staying the night I like to introduce our dogs in advance to make sure they will be a good match. If you have any other concerns don't hesitate to let me know!
