When our refrigerator decided to break down while we were away, she alerted us of the situation and proactively moved an entire refrigerator of items over to our second refrigerator in the garage. Jessica went above and beyond with taking care of my dog. She sent many photos and videos of her and my dog playing together going outside on walks and being fed and taken care of. My dog is a rescue dog that has a hard time warming up to people very quickly, but my dog warmed right up to Jessica.
