She ALMOST killed our MingMing our cat GIVING WRONG MEDICATION! He’s still not out of the woods yet, diet is poor, and keeps needing vet visits at this time. Plus she didn’t follow the schedule and had to ask her when she’s coming. The first two days she showed around 8amish and then 4pm ish. I requested 7-8am and 7-8pm. Insulin should be 12 hours apart, but can be 10 hours. One day she showed up in the afternoon then returned around 10pm. She never stayed the full 30 minutes. I am sorry to say, at our meet and greet, apparently Abby seemed like she knew what she was doing but apparently she was not paying attention to instructions and where to fine the Insulin vial. I showed her where the insulin is on the left door in a glass cup in the refrigerator and only open only the left side of the refrigerator. I even asked her if she wants me to draw up the insulin for her she said no. The insulin was label with the prescription label. I also showed her where the needles are kept along with the alcohol wipes and to put them in the Powerade bottles when used. I never showed her my husbands boxes of Mounjaro which has his prescription label on it. On my paper written down instruction, I told her that MingMing insulin has been decreased to 1 UNIT of INSULIN. I never mentioned Mounjaro or showed Her the boxes. She apparently WAS NOT PAYING ATTENTION at the MEET and GREET. She also didn’t read the paper with instructions on it, stating 1 UNIT! It does not say anywhere on the paper 5 MG. I am confused if she does medication injections as her profile states. How she didn’t understand 1 UNIT of insulin, and she gave 5 MG Mounjaro, that should have been a red flag, if unsure she could call me instead of texting before giving the medication, instead getting a text that was confuse. Also she could have looked up the Mounjaro on her cellphone to double check it, it’s not to be used in animals.

Abby did a wonderful job. We have a high needs cat and she did a great job taking care of him. Our other cat is very shy and Abby made sure to find her every day and make sure she was eating her food. I highly recommend Abby!
