“Tom did a great job with Chidi! He can be tricky and he was very patient as Chidi reacclimated. He also shoveled our stairs and cleaned off our car after the snow which was nice to come home to.”

“Andrew is a great dog sitter. He was very accommodating when our previous dog sitter cancelled on us. He is easy to communicate with and is great with dogs. He stayed at our place for a week and watched our dog that doesn't really like new people while we were traveling. We came back home to a happy puppy, it was nice to know that she was well taken care of. Highly recommend.”

“When you come home and your cats are happier with your sitter than they were with you, you know you really got a great person to take care of your cats. Lila has always been extremely shy, but now she is outgoing and interacting with everyone. Jessica was extremely professional, reliable, and I recommend her without hesitation!”

We look forward to working with you again in the future. If you are looking for a wonderful reliable pet sitter Jasmine is a great choice!”

About: I’ve grown up around dogs and have always been the go to for friends, neighbors, and family when they need help. I’m comfortable with all kinds of dogs, from high energy puppies to older dogs who need a slower, more gentle pace. I love getting outside for walks, playtime, and making sure they’re mentally and physically stimulated. I’m also very consistent with routines like feeding, potty breaks, and any specific instructions you leave. I truly enjoy bonding with dogs and making them feel safe, happy, and cared for while you’re away! I work a hybrid schedule, with only two in person days from 9 to 5 and one server shift on the weekend, so I still have a lot of flexibility to care for your dog. Outside of those times, I’m very available for walks, check ins, or extended care. I plan my days around the pets I’m caring for and make sure they’re getting consistent attention, not just quick visits. Your dog’s safety and comfort are always my top priority. I keep a clean, calm space and make sure everything is secure and pet safe. I’m very attentive on walks and aware of my surroundings at all times. I follow your instructions closely so your dog stays in a routine they’re familiar with. I also love sending updates and photos so you can feel completely at ease while you’re away.
“Nicole helped me out in a big way while I was away at a wedding! I got adorable pictures of my pup and was very happy to hear she took the time to let her warm up. Will definitely rebook with Nicole again, highly recommend!”

“Pan had a fabulous time with James. James treated Pan with love and care as if he were his own pup. We received transparent and timely communication, he shared lots of great photos and even took Pan on some fun field trips during the week. Would absolutely book again!”

“Laura was absolutely amazing! She spent a week+ with our 2 young cats and our 17-year-old dog, Fiona, who has never been left with a sitter before. Fiona has a bit of dementia now, as well as a variety of other age-related ailments. So you can imagine how nervous I was to leave her. Laura cared for her as if she was her own and sent me frequent updates, photos and videos. She easily handled all the medications, the rubber booties, the special food, etc. (As well as all my crazy instructions.) I'm sure Laura could tell how nervous I was, but her care, attention, and frequent communications put me totally at ease, which made for a much more relaxing vacation. Fiona was so active and peppy when I returned, I could hardly believe it. You could not find a better sitter.”

“Tanya did a wonderful job taking care of Bernie and also left our house in mint condition. She communicated well and kept us posted on how things were going. We'd highly recommend her to others!”

About: I have experience caring for dogs of different sizes, energy levels, and temperaments. I’m attentive, patient, and prioritize safety, routine, and making sure each dog feels comfortable and cared for. As a med student, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to plan my classes around pet care. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, and sitting throughout the week. I follow all care instructions carefully and prioritize safety in both my home and clients’ homes. I’m respectful, attentive, and ensure pets feel comfortable, secure, and well cared for.
“Guillermo saved us last minute when we needed him to house sit our dog. He was so sweet and caring with him and administered his insulin. He was so knowledgeable and took on his two shots of insulin for his diabetes and his meals and walked him. He’s amazing!!”

“Natalie is the absolute best for our dog. We went for a week long trip and Natalie stayed in our home. Let me start off by saying that we came back to the house even better than we left it. Natalie kept us up to date and treated Tia and our house as her own. She made sure to clean up any and all messes. And cleaned up a mess from Tia’s accident better than even we could. She even went through our trashes and washed her own sheets. Natalie will be our go-to sitter going forward and highly recommend her to all”

“I’m afraid to leave this review because Sasha may have less availability in the future, not that I’m so influential…lol. However, I must say that my dogs, who have separation anxiety, took to Sasha like no other dog sitter we have had! The communication and engagement throughout her stay was excellent. We got pictures and feedback while she was with the dogs and she answered all our messages very quickly. I could tell by the pictures that our girls were very comfortable and happy and that means the world to us. Perhaps these empty nesters will actually get to go away for a weekend in the near future! Sasha welcomed my list of instructions and followed through and left our dogs and our home in great shape. I couldn’t be happier!”

Burlington pet parents share their Rover experiences
Sarah took wonderful care of our 9-year-old Sheltie for three nights. He isn't the easiest dog to care for—he's on a special diet, takes several medications and supplements, and has arthritis, which makes stairs and long walks difficult. Sarah handled all of his needs with patience, kindness, and attention to detail. To make things even more challenging, our dog can be a bit standoffish with new people. Sarah was incredibly sweet and patient with him, and before long she had completely won him over. It gave us great peace of mind knowing he was in such caring hands. She texted us with photos and comments on what they were doing each day. We came home to a happy, well-cared-for dog, and a spotless house. We wouldn't hesitate to trust Sarah with him again and in fact have rebooked another house sitting with her. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a responsible, compassionate pet sitter.

Jasmine is our go-to! She takes wonderful care of our dogs and home. We are so grateful and relaxed when we go on vacation knowing that Jasmine is taking care of our pup-family. I also love getting photos /text updates while we are away. Thank you again Jasmine!

When you come home and your cats are happier with your sitter than they were with you, you know you really got a great person to take care of your cats. Lila has always been extremely shy, but now she is outgoing and interacting with everyone. Jessica was extremely professional, reliable, and I recommend her without hesitation!

Veena house-sat for two nights to care for my three dogs and cat. I feel very comfortable to have her as my sitter and will be using her for my upcoming needs! When one of my dogs bolted out the front door, Veena spent nearly 5 hours in the heat to get her safely back inside, staying calm and trying numerous techniques. She kept me updated the entire time. One of my dogs has limited mobility. Veena would carry him outside and gently hold him up so he could use the bathroom, then bathed him so he’d be clean and comfortable when I returned. Soiled mats were laundered as well. She also administered medications, sent regular photo and video updates, and gave all my pets genuine affection and care. Amazing care—I highly recommend her!
