About: I grew up with 2 Labrador retrievers, who I grew a special bond with where I grew to love taking care of dogs! I now have a 3 year old German Shepherd pure bred, who I raised and helped to train. I just adopted a Hound, who is a 2 year old rescue. I love walking my dogs everyday, and also driving them to parks as well. I feed my dogs everyday, and have always been known to be taking care of dogs my whole life. I am 21 years old, and a student at East Carolina University. I come home very often, especially during breaks, and live here all summer! My pets are apart of my everyday life, and I am willing to take care and spend valuable time with pets whenever needed and necessary for you! I am willing to do just about anything with your pets, such as spending time playing with them, walking them, going to a park, feeding them, making sure they go to bed safe, whatever fits you and your pets needs!

“Mabelyn is a life saver! We have a retired greyhound who resource guards, is fear reactive, and does not like being touched. We have to find Rover sitters who will respect his preference to be left alone and will respect the safeguards we've put in place to keep him calm and keep everyone safe. Mabelyn did both! She has great instincts for taking care of our greyhound because she has had experience with dogs like him, and their first weekend together was so peaceful that we immediately hired her for some additional dog walks. We have another trip coming up and we know our greyhound will have another wonderfully uneventful weekend with Mabelyn!”

About: In the past, I have mainly walked and played with friends and even a teachers dog! I have also accompanied my cousin who pet sits herself with walking and playing with her clients pets! About: We have done weekend animal care on a farm which included dog care in which we stayed at the house to walk and feed as well as walks 2 per day. We give a full quality workout to your dog because of the benefits we get with your dog too. This means your dog will get 30 to 60 minutes of exercise per walk, guaranteed. my husband is available in the mornings up until 2 while I can take over in the late afternoon and evenings during the week and both are available on weekends. being a MCPS teacher I also can work during holidays as well. I can be there overnights during the weekends keep ing a close eye on your pet's needs giving time for walks and undivided attention.

I understand the importance of making sure animals are fulfilled within their limits and I’m happy to provide that for them! ***House-Sitting/Overnight requests are JUST me staying overnight in your home to care for your pet (9PM-7AM). My house sitting is not 24/7 care, I typically aim to check in on your pet(s) every 4-6 hours or as less/more often as you request.
