About: I have worked with animals for the past 19 years. I obtained my bachelor’s degree in animal science and have worked with many different species from young to old. My work experience ranges from general practice and emergency room veterinarian clinics, an animal shelter to the Knoxville zoo, and 7 years in animal agriculture. My love for all animals runs deep and through my experience I am able to administer medications, perform CPR, and just understand animal behavior all together. I personally have had two dachshunds of my own from young rescues to 17 year old seniors. I currently work remote and have a very flexible schedule that allows me to accommodate any needs of an animal in my care. Daily walks are part of my routine regardless of the weather. I live in a home that has been converted into a duplex tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. I have a balcony allowing for outside access for bird watching or just plain old barking. I have a large backyard but not fenced. Dog beds in every room. Every animal in my care is like family meaning no couch or bed is off limits. I often plan my daily outings to allow for my animals to come with me or spend limited time alone.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of many breeds since 10 years old. I absolutely love being around animals, and am especially missing my own being far from home. I will always use my best judgment and care when it comes to your dog. I currently work full time, however, weekends or weekdays before 9 and after 4, I am available. Ideally, I’d take your dog for a walk in the evening. I am very diligent when it comes to safety. I would never put myself nor your dog in any danger. I prefer to stay on public roads and walk through parks or other safe/well known areas.

I previously offered dog boarding through Rover, so I have plenty of experience caring for dogs with different personalities, routines, and needs. Now, I’m focusing on dog walking and drop-in visits! I’ll follow your instructions carefully, give your pup lots of attention, and make sure they feel safe and comfortable while you’re gone. I currently am looking for full-time work so I have open availability for Rover pups! I am available any day throughout the week and on weekends. I have a fenced in yard where dogs can play for as long as they want and a small dachshund that loves playing with other dogs. He is older so it takes him a minute to understand what playing is but once he understands a dog wants to play with him he's all in. He also understands when a dog does not want to play and typically just lays in his bed when he wants to relax. I also let dogs on the couch so they can hang with us! (Unless you prefer they stay off the furniture. I want to keep patterns the same whether at my house or yours!)

About: I've been taking care of pets since I was younger. I have had cats, dogs and tarantulas, so I am used to a wide range of animals. I live alone and work a typical 9-5 job as an attorney in town, and I do not have any pets of my own. I always pet-sit for my friends' cats and dogs, so I would love to do it with Rover. I love to play games with the animals to keep them stimulated. I also enjoy walking animals and simply being with them. I am very good with both dogs and cats.

About: hey there! i am a local who loves getting outside and connecting with my neighbors! pets bring so much joy to east nashville, and i would just love to add some regular drop ins and walks to my routine. life can be full and we all need some help sometimes! i have a hybrid role in customer service for a nashville based clothing company. i don't have children or pets of my own, so i have a lot of flexibility for walks, drop ins and sleep overs! i'm in office about half of the week, but have a good bit of weekday and weekend midday availability. i love clear communication with pet owners about the pets personality and routine. i want your pet to feel as safe and comfortable as possible when in my care. i'll always treat your pet as family, because pets are people too.
