Olivia shared pictures throughout the day and evening for me which helped ease our separation ;). She was also very flexible for our changing pickup and drop off times as we adjusted to road travel issues and springing forward on time. About: I have worked with animals for the past 19 years. I obtained my bachelor’s degree in animal science and have worked with many different species from young to old. My work experience ranges from general practice and emergency room veterinarian clinics, an animal shelter to the Knoxville zoo, and 7 years in animal agriculture. My love for all animals runs deep and through my experience I am able to administer medications, perform CPR, and just understand animal behavior all together. I personally have had two dachshunds of my own from young rescues to 17 year old seniors.

About: My family has had dogs since I was very young, and I have had my own dog for 3 years now. She is a rescue, and I have had her since she was 6 months old. I work full-time in a bakery and am off most days around 1-3pm. I do have some free mornings as well and would be able to drop by with notice. I live close to East Nashville with my dog, Millie, and cat, Spoon! I live by all the good walking trails. I would love to schedule some dog-walking nearby so that i can take full advantage of all the great weather we are having.

Emily put Sugar’s collar on in addition to her harness in case she somehow got loose, which showed me she was thinking ahead and treating Sugar like one of her own. Before I left, Emily carefully introduced Sugar to the other dogs and made sure everyone got along and that Sugar was comfortable. That gave me tremendous peace of mind. I felt completely comfortable leaving my girl in her care, and it was obvious Sugar was well loved and well cared for while we were away. About: Since I was a child, I’ve been around many different kinds of pets. I grew up with great danes in the house, as well as multiple cats and other small rodents. Now my family owns a very happy doodle named Griffon. I grew up watching my family’s dogs as well as other dogs and cats in my neighborhood. Currently I live in Nashville with my 6 year old beagle named Emmy. I love all kinds of animals and would love to meet your furbaby! I’m currently taking care of the home full time so I can be as attentive as needed with your pet! I normally walk Emmy three times a day, making sure at least one walk is a long walk through a park so she gets a lot of good smells and mental stimulation. Since I live in an apartment downtown, I try to take my dog out as much as possible so she doesn’t feel like she’s stuck inside all day. For this reason I don’t do overnight stays at my apartment, but I would be more than willing to house sit for someone’s animal. I always make sure the pet in the home is adequately taken care of to their energy level, I used to take my families dog on runs with me if he seemed bored.
