About: Hi there! My name is Janesia, and I have over 10 years of experience house sitting and pet sitting for family and friends, along with two years of trusted experience here on Rover. I currently have four lovable furry friends of my own—one sweet dog and three adorable cats—so I truly understand how important it is to find someone you trust with your pets. I’m experienced with administering medications, caring for senior pets, and working with dogs who have anxiety or need a little extra patience and love. I like to say I spoil my animals haha I buy them collars/toys that coordinate with the holidays, I give them toys that also help with mental stimulation during the day and I go on daily (2/3 times) walks with my dog and cats. When it comes to watching someone’s animals I treat them like one of my own!

About: I grew up in a family that owned dogs all of my life. I also pet sat (both cats and dogs) for many family friends over the years, even helping look over a dog team once when I lived in Alaska. Furthermore, I am capable of going on long walks or short ones, playing fetch or tug of war for extended periods, or just chillin' at home providing all the belly rubs and scratches as possible. I am based in Vancouver and I currently work a part time retail job in Portland. My retail job's schedule is not consistent and I may need to be at work for 6 to 8 hours on a particular day, sometimes during an afternoon or evening feeding time. Luckily, my schedule gets posted three weeks out. So, I'll know which days I will be totally free to hang out with pets. I'll make sure to communicate with you on which days I will be gone for a long stretch and make sure it fits within your pets schedule. I am flexible for how will care for your pet in your home. If your pet requires a lot of attention and play time, then I am more than willing to take them to the backyard or nearest park to let them play to their hearts content. Or, if your pet is shy or getting older, I can certainly give them their space.

About: Hello! I am 27 years old, and I've always been surrounded by animals, whether they were mine or a friend's. I've cared for all sorts of animals, from fluffy to scaley. I have a soft spot for big personalities, and senior animals. Caring for a dog or cat that requires extra care, whether due to age/health/tempermant, is something I actually really enjoy. I take a lot of pride in having a lot of patience with animals, but I'm also happy to enforce routine and structure for their own benefit! Due to seasonal work, I'm not currently as available as I'd like to be, and will be working a sporadic schedule for the next few months. But other than that, I do my best to be available for whatever the pet needs, whether it be feeding, cleaning litter, taking them on walks, or sitting overnight. My goal is keeping your home just as clean as you left it, and your pet happier! I'm generally a tidy, quiet person so no worries about disturbing the neighbors, and if your dog has special treats or toys I'd love to hear about them!

About: Have had dogs my whole life. Grew up on a ranch with working dogs. Was a 4-H leader and showed Bernese Mountain Dogs. Ellie and Beau are my Corgi kids. I live by myself with my dogs. Enjoy walking and kayaking with my pups. I am very attentive with behaviors and show grace with gentle corrections. There will be lots of cuddle and playtime at my home. I am a school bus driver so I get up early feed and short walk the dogs, go to work come home in 2-3 hours then we go on a nice long walk (weather permitting) then head back to work after being home for 3-4 hours. Run the bus for a couple hours then back home around 5 pm. Feed then short walk before bed. All over night stays comes with free walks. I understand some breeds only need short walks while others enjoy more. I am able to adjust based on their responses or owners desires. I have a fenced in small back yard with gazebo. There is a doggie door for small dogs. Water available inside and outside. Crating available if desired by owner. . I also put up a dog x-pen so nobody gets near the front door for safety. My house is minimal due to having the house on the market. Not a lot of stuff dogs can get into. I never book multiple clients at one time, four max is enough at a time for me. If I do step out for something I will have a house monitor that will be in two places so I can check in and feel confident all is well while I am gone. I am never gone more than a couple hours at a time unless previously conveyed to owner.

About: I've grown up with dogs my whole life, and I absolutely love animals of all kinds. I have cared for many dogs and helped train my own, including ones who have behavioral/food guarding issues. I have cared both puppies and senior dogs, including a household that required pet separation due to behavioral issues. I am well-versed in things like potty training, giving medication, basic grooming , and keeping animals away from possessions/getting into food/etc. I take care of any animals I pet-sit for like my own, and I am committed to making sure they are safe and happy. I currently have a very open schedule, but will update if needed. If 24/7 supervision or overnight care is not requested, I may run errands or go back home between checking on your animals. Frequency of check-ins depends on location, and while I will attend to your pet to the maximum of my ability, each situation will be handled on a case by case basis. Upfront communication about what you and your pet need is highly appreciated. I am committed to making sure any special instructions are followed, and I will see that your animals get their needs met both adequately and on time. This includes making sure medications are given on time, water is filled, walks are long enough and not during hot parts of the day, and animals are let out of crates when needed. I am totally fine with cleaning up after indoor bathroom accidents/vomit, although if this is a frequent issue with your pet please let me know beforehand. My main goal is to make sure your home is the same as it was when you left it.

About: Lifelong animal lover of all shapes and sizes. I have the most experience caring for cats and dogs but have previously cared for and am comfortable with fish, birds, reptiles and small mammals. I regularly pet sit for friends and family and dedicate most of my time caring for my own pets. In my spare time, I volunteer at a local cat shelter. Most of my time is dedicated to caring for my own pampered pets but as well as others. I regularly pet sit for family and friends and on average take care of a handful of them 3-4 times a month. I try to spend my time surrounded by as many animals as possible. I currently have 2 cats and 1 dog. There is a large backyard with enough room for running and multiple rooms available for isolating animals if needed. I always have extra cat and dog supplies.

About: In my life I’ve taken care of 3 mid sized dogs as well as around 8 cats. I’m new to the profession pet sitting and care aside from friends and family but I know that for the rest of my life I want to spend time with our animal friends and learn more about them! I have full availability with scheduling. I have transportation to do in house visits but pickup and drop offs might get difficult depending on the size of your dog. I can make regular stops at your place to do check-ins/feedings/walks. I would be able to do longer visits if needed or even overnight if available.
