About: Hi there! My name is Janesia, and I have over 10 years of experience house sitting and pet sitting for family and friends, along with two years of trusted experience here on Rover. I currently have four lovable furry friends of my own—one sweet dog and three adorable cats—so I truly understand how important it is to find someone you trust with your pets. I’m experienced with administering medications, caring for senior pets, and working with dogs who have anxiety or need a little extra patience and love. I like to say I spoil my animals haha I buy them collars/toys that coordinate with the holidays, I give them toys that also help with mental stimulation during the day and I go on daily (2/3 times) walks with my dog and cats. When it comes to watching someone’s animals I treat them like one of my own!

About: I grew up in a family that owned dogs all of my life. I also pet sat (both cats and dogs) for many family friends over the years, even helping look over a dog team once when I lived in Alaska. Furthermore, I am capable of going on long walks or short ones, playing fetch or tug of war for extended periods, or just chillin' at home providing all the belly rubs and scratches as possible. I recently just moved to the Vancouver area, and I am seeking full-time employment. Thus, as of right now, my schedule is wide open, which makes me available anytime and any day (even weekends) to take care your pet. I am flexible for how will care for your pet in your home. If your pet requires a lot of attention and play time, then I am more than willing to take them to the backyard or nearest park to let them play to their hearts content. Or, if your pet is shy or getting older, I can certainly give them their space.

About: I love animals and have grown up with them. I have over 15 years of experience working with, and being around all kinds of animals, breeds, and temperaments. My experience with dogs includes my own, pet sitting (long term & short term), working as a veterinary assistant and interning at the zoo. I have a very calm, and patient personality, this often works well for dogs - especially those that are more nervous. I have worked with senior pets, puppies, experience administering medications, etc. I get to know your furry family member and observe behaviors and what they like and don’t like. Also paying attention to change in behavior. I took a break from offering pet care services due to life changes, which is why there’s a gap between previous and most current pet care, but I am excited to get back to doing what I enjoy most! 😊 I currently work a full time job in the hospital and work variable shifts. Always open to take a look at your requests and see if it will match up with my work schedule! If it lands on days I do work, I will be there before and after work as well as sleep in your home if that is your request. Days that I don’t work, I’ll be there more frequent. I make sure to follow all directions left by my client, whether their pet is crated, what to look out for, what they like/dislike, feeding schedules, etc. I always keep in contact with my client if anything seems “off” or different about their furry family member.

About: I've grown up constantly around dogs and taking care of them. My family and I would often get dogs from shelters, so behavioral issues are no problem for me! I'm used to the crazy-fun nature of these furry creatures. I have trained all my dogs, and when I was 14 got my own chihuahua that I raised from a puppy. About: Ive had dogs ever since I was young. I don’t currently have pets, but my childhood dogs were a German Shepard mix and a little chihuahua. My German Shepard had so much energy and loves to stay active, so I understand what it’s like to have a very energetic dog - and love spending time with them. PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING I have a very flexible schedule due to working from home & will spend most of the day with your pup. However, I sometimes need to step out for personal errands, but I’m never gone for more than 2–3 hours at a time, and I always plan around the dogs’ needs—bathroom breaks, feeding, and general care. Please take this into consideration when booking with me. If needed I can do daily visits to see your pet in your home during the day, and go on walks, and basically play as much as your pet wants. ;)

She took my pup to run some errands and even spent extra time with my pupper after the walks to make her feel safe (My dog and I have never been apart that long). About: Have had dogs my whole life. Grew up on a ranch with working dogs. Was a 4-H leader, showed Bernese Mountain Dogs. Ellie and Beau are my two four legged Corgi kids. I live by myself with my dogs. Enjoy walking and training for the Portland to Coast event. I am a school bus driver so I get up early feed and short walk the dogs, go to work come home in 2-3 hours then we go on a nice long walk (weather permitting) then head back to work after being home for 3-4 hours. Run the bus for a couple hours then back home around 5 pm. Feed then short walk before bed. All over night stays comes with free walks. I have a fenced in small back yard with gazebo. There is a doggie door for small dogs. Water available inside and outside. Crating available if needed.

If a dog is unable to be safely handled during the stay, the booking may need to be adjusted or ended early. If your dog has aggressive or very anxious behavior with new sitters or their space, I suggest you book a few dog walks to establish trust.
