About: Hello! I am 27 years old, and I've always been surrounded by animals, whether they were mine or a friend's. I've cared for all sorts of animals, from fluffy to scaley. I have a soft spot for big personalities, and senior animals. Caring for a dog or cat that requires extra care, whether due to age/health/tempermant, is something I actually really enjoy. I take a lot of pride in having a lot of patience with animals, but I'm also happy to enforce routine and structure for their own benefit! Due to seasonal work, I'm not currently as available as I'd like to be, and will be working a sporadic schedule for the next few months. But other than that, I do my best to be available for whatever the pet needs, whether it be feeding, cleaning litter, taking them on walks, or sitting overnight. My goal is keeping your home just as clean as you left it, and your pet happier! I'm generally a tidy, quiet person so no worries about disturbing the neighbors, and if your dog has special treats or toys I'd love to hear about them!

About: I love animals and have grown up with them. I have over 15 years of experience working with, and being around all kinds of animals, breeds, and temperaments. My experience with dogs includes my own, pet sitting (long term & short term), working as a veterinary assistant and interning at the zoo. I have a very calm, and patient personality, this often works well for dogs - especially those that are more nervous. I have worked patiently with the most nervous kitty cats and have had them loving and trusting me as well. I never push an animal to accept, but work at their pace and always make sure the receive the care needed. I have worked with senior pets, special needs, puppies, and have experience administering medications, fluids, etc. I get to know your furry family member and observe behaviors and what they like and don’t like. Also paying attention to change in behavior. I took a break from offering pet care services due to life changes, which is why there’s a gap between previous and most current pet care, but I am excited to get back to doing what I enjoy most! 😊 I am currently open to receiving pet care requests full time. I am a single mom to two teenagers and work a schedule that is adjustable to work with your pet care needs. I make sure to follow all directions left by my client, whether their pet is crated, what to look out for, what they like/dislike, feeding schedules, etc. I always keep in contact with my client if anything seems “off” or different about their furry family member. I provide photo updates, message updates about your babies and I am always available to send a photo or info upon request! I want you to know that your furry babies are safe and happy in my care.

About: I have been taking care of animals my whole life and have a passion for making sure they feel loved! I always had pets growing up with my family having up to 3 dogs and 5 cats at one point! My fiance and I now have our own 2 year old Golden Retriever who is full of energy and loves making new friends! I'm currently a full-time online student at Clark College so I'm always home taking care of my Golden Retriever. Between my fiance and I there will always be someone home! We live on a acre of land and backyard is fully fenced in so there's plenty of space for your baby(s) to play and run!

About: I love animals and animals love me! Animals have always been a part of my life since I was a kid. I grew up with and have cared for dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, mice, ducks, birds, a frog, horses, and a Llama! I’m comfortable with any kind of critter. I currently have 2 sweet rescue dogs, a big old cat & two teenage kitties, and a rabbit at home (she lives outdoors). They all love other animals. I am an approved Foster parent for a couple Rescues, and with the Humane Society. I live in a big house with hardwood floors on nearly 2 acres of fully fenced property that’s close-in Vancouver right off of I-5. We have 1 1/2 acres dedicated as a Sniffspot Private Dog Park called “Nature in the City Private Dog Park”. Your pup(s) will get lots of outside off-leash playtime in an enriching, securely fenced area, if they want it! Your fur babies will be loved and well cared for, and feel at home away home. ❤️ *For dog walking, I can offer much more than just a leashed walk around the neighborhood. I can pick up your pup(s) and bring them to my private fully fenced dog park and let them run, explore, and sniff off-leash! I will do this for the same dog-walking rates. 😊 I work part-time outside my home, only one mile away, and I make my own schedule. I offer daycare and overnight boarding in a home environment, and dog walking-including complementary off-leash playtime in my private 1 1/2 acre dog park! We have a peaceful, loving home environment with my two friendly dogs, 3 cats, and my 13 year old son who loves animals and is very good with them. Our animals, and yours, are family and are treated that way! Your pup(s) will get lots of love and outside time on our fenced property, (if they want it).

About: I have cared for dogs and cats my entire life and have experience caring for chickens as well. I previously volunteered with the Humane Society for Southwest Washington (HSSW), where I worked primarily with large dogs. Through my volunteer work, I completed dog safety training and learned how to recognize and de-escalate potentially stressful situations to help keep both animals and people safe. I am also an Eagle Scout. For my Eagle Scout service project, I designed and built an outdoor shelter structure for HSSW that provides volunteers and staff with protection from the weather while supervising dogs in the play yard. Working closely with the shelter further strengthened my commitment to animal welfare and my passion for caring for pets. I am generally available after 3:00 PM on weekdays. I have classes during the mornings and early afternoons on some weekdays, but I do my best to keep my schedule flexible for pet care. I have experience handling dogs of all sizes through my volunteer work at the Humane Society for Southwest Washington, where I regularly walked and worked with large dogs. I also find this is the best way to limit stress for your pet and offer you the additional peace of mind of a house sitter if desired. I’m available for drop-in’s for pets who need their space or for overnight visits for those who need more company.
