About: I have experience with larger dogs, small dogs, and cats as well. I help cater to any special needs or requests you may have such as administering medicine, special diets, and keeping you updated on their well being. Good for quick walks or staying with your pet overnight. I worked in everyday in Brooklyn, NY as a dog walker/pet sitter from 2019 to 2023. I have since then have been traveling around as a pet sitter for the last two years in-between taking care of some important family business. I have grown up raising German Shepherds all of my life and love to know that I am helping someone's day out by being able to care for their pet while they are not able to. He interacted with them and they seemed very comfortable in his company. During his house sitting we found him to be dependable and communicative. Our Tippy requires medicine application twice daily and Sir made sure to let us know his medication had been given. His interactions and attention to our pets was top notch! About: I’ve been taking care of animals since I can remember, however, a few years ago I took over on my own. My mom and I would watch animals for neighbors, family, and friends, and I’m honored to take over that roll for the both of us as a responsible, reliable, and caring pet sitter. I’m a college student, so I’m typically in Blackwood from 8:30 am to 2:00. I also have a morning weekend job in haddon heights, but that is no longer than 5 hours every other weekend or so. My pets at home are loved, happy, and healthy. Their safety is more important than my own, actually. Melissa watched our puppy for about 5 hours in the evening. I was initially nervous to have someone watch our young 10 week old puppy who had only been living in our house for a couple weeks. We also had our puppy on a schedule for naps, potty, and play time. But Melissa immediately put my nerves at ease when she came to our house for a meet and greet a couple days before. She welcomed all the detailed information I provided about our puppy's schedule, asked questions and was more than happy to stick to our puppy's routine. When she arrived, she was so appreciative of some last minute details I wanted to share before leaving. The night went smoothly and she was so attentive and caring to our little girl! She kept to our puppy's schedule and even sent us pictures while we were gone. She even put our puppy to bed in her crate before we got home because she knew her bedtime was at 11pm. Melissa was so easy to get to know, friendly, trustworthy and took incredible care of our puppy! I must also add that she was agreeable to watch our puppy while my in laws babysat our children at the same time in our house! That is huge! We will 100% be booking with Melissa in the future!
Tara was amazing!! She was patient and kind with our anxious pup and won her over very quickly (an impressive feat!) And she was wonderful with our 2 month old puppy, making sure he napped when he needed and got to the bathroom. She is also generally a warm and caring person who loves taking care of pets. Emily came through once again for Mr. Max! I felt so bad because I had just gotten him a new brand/flavor of chews and they just did not mix well with Max's belly, so Emily had to deal with a puppy with bubble guts! But Emily took it in stride, even made some white rice for him and by the next day he was back to his high energy, zoomie running, constant tug of war self. Thank you Emily for making this puppy mom feel at ease!
Jessica was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond taking care of our three pups, including two seniors with some special needs, and we felt completely comfortable having her stay in our home. I've had Peter petsit for a year or two now, and he's fantastic. He's responsive, timely, trustworthy, and communicative. You can tell he really cares about the animals and treats them like family. Peter goes above and beyond, and he's helped us with a crisis or two while we were out of town. He did really well with my reactive dog (who loved him despite being aloof with most people) as well as my new puppy. Peter is my go-to for pet care and once you hire him, I'm sure he'll be yours too!
I had a 2 week trip planned before deciding to adopt my foster dog. I was nervous to leave her as she was newer to my home. Christina did an absolutely fabulous job taking care of her! Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
