Emilee always takes great care of our pups while we are gone.

Although we ultimately didn’t need Emilee to watch our dogs due to a last‑minute situation on our end, she was extremely responsive, professional, and understanding throughout the entire process. Her communication was clear and timely, and she was very accommodating despite the short notice. Based on our interaction, she seems reliable and genuinely caring, and we would absolutely consider reaching out to her again in the future.

I was disappointed in several aspects of Emilee's care of my animals. At the last minute, she canceled a meeting to go over their routines so she could go out with her boyfriend. Her responsiveness was dismal. Once she didn't respond to my text until 1:30 in the morning. I think I got 3 pictures over the period of 6 days. Even after I specifically asked for more frequent updates, they were not forthcoming. Emilee appears young, perhaps inxperienced regarding the impact of her behavior on those who are paying her.
