We have both owned pets most of our lives and will love and care for your fur babies while they're in our care. 🐾 🥰❤️ We are both semi-retired nurses, responsible to lovingly care and able to administer various necessary medications to your pet if needed. We also have experience with senior dog care, various breeds and sizes and have owned a few rescue dogs and cats as well. We prefer small and medium breed sizes, but will open our home to big guys depending on the timing and if other dogs are in our care. No aggreasive dogs allowed please. ☺️ When your dogs stay with us you can expect lots of LOVE and PLAYTIME. We have a giant yard and play area and a small stream that our dog loves to romp in and out of! We will take walks, water and potty breaks and supervised play time to keep your fur baby happy and pampered. Our yard is partially fenced but your pets will always be supervised and on leashes while outdoors unless you as owners give permission to take off leashes. We are located in a scenic neighborhood on a closed road, with access to walking trails/dog trails to keep your furbaby well occupied and happy!! ❤️🐶🐾🐶❤️ My husband and I are both semi retired. We will be able to love and care for your furbaby the majority of the time they are in our care and give potty breaks as needed. On Thursdays we care for our 3yr old grandson, so if we care for your pet they must be good with children. We have 5 acres of play space and a one friendly dog of our own to keep your pet happy and occupied. We also have pet beds, bowls, and toys available, or you may bring your own if your pet prefers. :)

About: I have been responsible for my family pets just about my whole life. Animals are my passion, dogs especially; I absolutely love being around them, no matter the breed. I'm knowledgeable about breed-specific behaviors and needs and am open to any dog, given they are not aggressive towards me. I can give baths, trim nails and brush out loose fur. I can administer oral medication and will keep on schedule with feeding if you have one. I am always on time and more than willing to do my best with any special requests you may have. Your best friend's comfort and enjoyment is my priority, whether it's a walk, home visit, or overnight stay. I am also knowledgeable about and very comfortable with cats, as well as fish, reptiles, and small animals. I have a chinchilla and a pet jumping spider of my own! I am currently unemployed; my only schedule commitments at the moment (when I would be unavailable) are on Tuesdays and Fridays from 1-2pm, and Tuesdays through Thursdays from 4-7pm. I would love to pet-sit full time! I can provide walks around your neighborhood or at our local park, and will tire your dog out (if needed) in whatever way they choose. About: As someone who grew up on a farm and winery in the hills of Auburn, caring for animals is nothing foreign to me! Since I could walk I’ve been tending to all sorts of animals, cows, horses, ducks, chickens, birds and of course plenty of dogs and cats. I’ve been a groomer, doggy daycare group leader and trainer for going on five years. I am always eager to find ways to help others take care of their furry friends as it’s always been my passion! I’m working part time at a dog resort as a lodging assistant, groomer, and activities leader. My availability for them is Thursday through Sunday 6-3 however I’m taking a step back from the resort due to driving distance. My other days primarily I am participating in nature walks, river days, rock climbing with friends and working on my music! I’m very energetic and like to be constantly moving! Adventurous to the core For my kitty, she has a schedule. 6 am breakfast, 12 pm lunch, 6pm dinner. If she has medication it’s given first thing in the morning. I de shed her about once a week and get her groomed about every 6 months to a year. She is an outdoor explorer so when I’m taking her out I slip on her harness and collar. I have a travel backpack to take her in for larger adventures too. If I’m gone for longer periods of time I keep her in an enclosed area or have someone care for her.

About: I grew up on a farm and have had dogs, cats, goats, horses my entire life. I love them! I just recently moved to the Springs with my 13 year old little man, Jack (40 lb whippet/lab). He loves his humans and more importantly, his doggy play dates. I have a nice grassy fenced in backyard and a dog door where they can freely go in and out. I work remotely from home and have the freedom to take him on several walks a day either throughout the neighborhood or on the trails of Palmer Park. This is a fun and perfect dog-friendly oasis for dog-friendly visitors ; ) I work remotely from home and have my own schedule. Your pups will get plenty of care, walks and attention. Bathroom breaks are as often as needed as dogs are free to go in and out through my dog door that leads directly to the fenced in back yard. Jack is my family member and your baby will be treated as such. I have donut beds and pillows, extra crates if needed and a lot of room for them to play. We love our walks and will take your pet with us as often as they'd/you prefer. If I'm coming to you, Jack will stay home unless otherwise specified.

About: Hello! I’ve been loving and caring for local pets for around 25 yrs. Some pets were young pups and kittens; some were older seniors. I specialize in petsitting at my clients homes. My longest pet sitting job was 3.5 weeks while the owners were in Italy. I have many referrals. I’ve taken care of miniature horses, Friesian horses, and a pig. (We have a lot of rural homes in Auburn area). I’m retired from a construction accounting job. We’re gladly at home most days! My shedule is flexible; if you have an emergency need for pet sitting, I’m your gal. I prefer to petsit at my client’s homes. The animals rather appreciate this. I like to meet the animal(s) before sitting so when I arrive, we have a connection. I give the animals plenty of one-on-one attention. This may include doggy massage to calm them and get to know them. Lots of walks if they like that. Potty Breaks every couple of hours to begin with, as they’re sometimes nervous or have stomach upsets. I’d like to know your favorite names for them, what your routines are, rituals, their favorite things to do. I’ve also stayed with animals after their surgeries to monitor when the owner has to work.

I'll make sure to follow your schedule for your pet's to the best of my ability, since I understand how important that is to keep them happy. I work part time so I have time to make however many visits you may need! I know how sad my cats get when I'm gone for long periods of time, so I don't mind spending as much time as requested to help your cat feel at home. I understand how hard it is on cats to be put in a boarding environment, so I'll be extremely respectful of your space while caring for your cat.

About: I grew up in a home full of 5+ dogs at a single time! I have 8 years of experience in both the child care and pet sitting fields so I am extremely patient. For years I have used Rover myself to receive pet care for my own dog, so I understand the trust you will be putting in me. I will treat your fur-baby as one of my own while you are gone! I’m currently home full-time with my 3 year old son and our 9 year old dog! I have experience distributing medication and will follow your instructions meticulously! We have a home with a backyard for the dogs to play in! Brutus has a lot of toys and actually enjoys sharing them! Potty breaks can be every 0-2 or 2-4 hours, depending on what your puppy needs. Brutus is extremely friendly with different types of dogs but I can also separate them if that is what you request! Since I have a three year old son, I do require meet and greets before I pet sit any new dogs! I also require the dog to be gentle and have no prior aggression towards children. I only watch one dog, or multiple dogs from one home, at a time. I believe that trusting someone to watch your fur babies while you’re gone can be tough so I want to ensure that they have my full attention, love, and care!

About: I’ve cared for dogs my whole life and have raised my own pups for 4+ years. I treat every pet like family—attentive, loving, and always focused on their comfort and joy. I work full time in Rocklin Monday-Friday. I am available before 6:30am and after 5:30pm each day. The weekends are very flexible especially with advance notice! About: My family has owned pets all of my life. Part of the duties for my first high school/college drop included taking care of my bosses four dogs. They included walks, play time, and grooming mainly. I'm not currently working, other than helping with my grandma when she requires, so I have all day free to walk, or play with, or check in, etc with pets. I have a 9 year old cat (Millie) that likes to keep to herself and an 18 month Goldendoodle (Gracie) who is super friendly and LOVES to play. I have a small yard that is not fenced, but a small porch that can be fenced that Gracie likes to hang out on when the weather is nice. I have a large living room with plenty of open space to play in. Plus a variety of walking routes around the house that Gracie loves to go on.

About: One of my favorite things to do is to send photos of pets to their owners when their owners are away. I love working with all animals, they bring joy and delight to this world and deserve great care. Have been cat/dog/bird/lizard/chicken/you name it sitting for the last 10 years. I enjoy being reliable and flexible for friends, family, and “brand new friends”/strangers :). Every animal has different needs; I have years of experience when it comes to giving pets medication. Let me help out and allow you to relax while you’re away knowing your furry little one is doing well. I do work full time as an office manager in the Roseville area, but I do have the ability to stop during my lunch breaks for pets who may require additional potty opportunities or medications. My schedule is very routine and allows to accommodate most situations. I feel like the best kind of care is following instructions given to me by pet owners. They know their animals and they know what their animal needs. The one thing I’ve learned over the years is every animal is different. Also paying attention is very important. When I first meet a pet, I try to establish their norm/baseline and if they act in a way that seems not their norm, I always reach out and let the owners know about it. Quick and clear communication goes a long way. All in all, it is important to stay safe, and to create an environment for the animal that is trusting and kind.

About: I've owned cats for 30+ years and couldn't imagine life without them. When my daughter was young, we volunteered at the local SPCA shelter together. I pet sit for friends and neighbors regularly, both cats and dogs (mostly walking), and can provide references upon request. I am currently taking a course offered by Sierra College related to both feline and canine health and behavior as I believe it will make me both a better sitter and animal owner. I work/volunteer part-time from home with my two rescue cats so have plenty of availability and flexibility during the day to care for your furry babies. I am also a hike leader and love to walk, so would be happy to exercise your dog whenever you cannot. I'm reliable, honest, and happy to help with additional chores such as watering plants and bringing in mail during your absence. I would be prefer to arrange a meet and greet beforehand at no additional charge. My main preference is cat sitting your kitties in their own home. I know with my own cats they do not like to be uprooted when I'm absent. I can drop in several times a day, play with your cats, administer medication orally if needed, and clean litter boxes. I can also check up on your dog and take him/her for a walk during the day if you are at work.

About: I was raised with dogs, cats and farm animals. I owned and worked with horses for over 10 years. I have worked as a veterinary assistant for dogs, cats and pocket pets for 8 years and as a icu technician for horses, goats, donkeys and llamas for the last year and a half. I am also currently working as a technician at a small animal clinic where i work with dogs and cats. I am certified veterinary assistant and have finished school to become a registered veterinary technician. I have experience giving medications and handling pets that can be a handful. Size is no problem, I have experience working with small and large dogs. I have a two bedroom home with a medium sized wrap around fenced in yard with lots of trees, shade and grass. I have 2 dogs who are great with other animals but can easily keep separated from your pet. I also have two older cats who mainly stays outdoors. I also have two sons (5 and 2 years of age). If you have any questions please feel free to ask. I'm currently working Monday- Thursday until 4pm. Both clinics are close enough to home that i could come home to let pups out after a few hours. I have a fenced in wrap around yard that is monitored by camera. I am able to crate your pet and also spend time outside. There is plenty of shade and sun. Indoors is air conditioned and room to roam around or just take a nice rest.
