About: I have one dog that is turning 5 and have had her for over 4 years. I have taken care of other dogs in the family as well. I also have stayed over nights for extended family pets! I'm currently working part-time and in school Monday and Wednesday mornings. So I still have lots of time to spend with your pets! The safety and comfortability of your pet is my number one priority. So I will do my best to give them time to get used to me and prevent anxiety. I take my dog on several walks during the day when it isn't too hot (don't wanna burn any pet paws!) “Danielle did great with taking care of my two dogs and cat while we were away. She went above and beyond with her communication, sending pics and taking her time walking and feeding the pets. She even helped clean up with one of my dogs who had a poopy situation which was not at all expected, I felt bad my dog got runs while I was away. But she helped give him sweet potato so he felt better and even bought peewee pads, which just kept my mind at ease knowing my dog was being cared for. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
