“Lynn is always great and patient with my dogs. We have used him about five times and he is always on time and really communicative. The last time we had a different sitter cancel, and he was able to fill-in last minute. This time we had trouble with our garage opener, and he was very patient as I would sometimes not realize he was already there, and he would have to wait for me. He was always really patient with me and waited to make sure the dogs were always OK. I love having Lynn taking care of the dogs because I know that they are safe.”

About: I've been caring for pets since I was 10. Neighbors, friends, and family have relied on me to walk, feed, groom, and bathe their pets. I’ve worked in a doggy daycare for 8 years and have extensive experience with grooming, pet sitting, and managing a variety of temperaments and breeds. I treat every animal as if they were my own and prioritize their safety, comfort, and happiness. Whether your pet needs extra playtime, calm companionship, or basic grooming, I'm here to help! I own my own dog grooming business, which means I spend my days surrounded by pups! Pet care is a natural part of my daily routine. I have the flexibility to provide walks, playtime, feeding, and lots of attention throughout the day. Whether your dog needs midday care, companionship, or just some extra love, I’m here to help! For boarding in my home, I have a fully fenced backyard where dogs can safely play and get fresh air. I also have a spare room set up just for pups, giving them a comfortable, quiet space to relax when they’re not enjoying playtime inside the house. I have experience handling multiple dogs at once and make sure every pup gets individual attention, enrichment, and care in a calm, structured environment. When walking dogs in a client’s neighborhood, I always use a double leash system one with the pet's own leash and another with mine to ensure extra safety and prevent any chances of slipping out. I'm also comfortable administering oral medications or topical treatments if needed. Your dog’s well being, comfort, and safety are always my top priorities.
“First time using Taylor and we are very happy with her communication and how she treated our cat-Koko. We will definitely book her again during our upcoming trips. Thanks!”

“Extremely caring and considerate to the fur babies, she treats them like they’re her own. I felt very confident and relieved that my kitty had Carli to rely on while I was away, I could relax knowing that she’d be well taken care of. Thank you Carli!!”

“Elizabeth was the best! We received pictures and updates and our girl was so happy which gave us piece of mind. This our first time doing this we couldn’t be happier. Thank you.”

About: I love dogs. Dogs love me. I’ll treat your dog like family 💜 Life long pet lover with integrity, who provides genuine care and can accommodate your special pup’s needs. I’m used to always having a dog in my house, but since my last passed on I’ve started boarding, walking, and caring for other’s pets. My home is currently pet-free but fully stocked with treats. Your pup will have the attention they need and the care they deserve. I’m happy to honor most all special requests.

About: I am currently a volunteer at the local animal shelter called The Animal League. I clean, walk, and play with dogs of all ages and sizes. I work for free at the shelter because of love being able to help dogs in my community. Most of the money from here will be given back as a donation to the shelter! Some will be used for my gas to get your buddy! I work as a medical assistant from 8-5:30 Monday to Thursday. On Fridays I’m off at 12:0. I go to the animal shelter for about 2 hours in the afternoons after work but I between this I can come walk your dog! I don’t have any pets currently I’ve only owned small pets myself. However my experience comes from the animal shelter. I’ve learned how to gain the trust of anxious dogs. How to walk sicker dogs with heart worms. And how to do basic training with puppies including socialization, desensitization (important if they may be around kids), how to walk on a leash, basic tricks.
“Ashland is absolutely the best care giver for pets! We are beyond grateful for finding her! She is incredibly sweet and her love for animals is amazing. Thank you for sharing all the photos and information from your visits.”

“Ashley is very reliable and always shows up on time. She is wonderful with our goldendoodle who is always happy to see her. I would highly recommend her! This is a big help to us during the week, since e are away for 8 hours in the days. This helps in getting our dogs' energy out so that they will sleep well at night (and us too).”
“Rachel was fantastic! She took excellent care of my dog and kept me updated with photos. It's clear that she is an animal lover; she took her time and never rushed. I didn't have to worry about anything while I was away. My dog was happy and well cared for, and I will definitely be using her services again!”

About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life. I have two dogs of my own, so I understand how important it is to find someone you can truly trust with your pets. I know every pet has their own personality, routine, and needs, and I treat every animal with the same love, patience, and care that I give my own. In addition to being a pet owner, I previously worked as an Animal Enforcement Officer. That experience gave me the opportunity to work with animals of all breeds, sizes, temperaments, and backgrounds while staying calm, observant, and compassionate in every situation. It also strengthened my ability to recognize animal behavior, prioritize safety, and handle pets with confidence and care. Whether your pet is an energetic puppy, a laid-back adult, or a senior who needs a little extra patience, I’m committed to making them feel comfortable and loved while you’re away. I’ll happily follow your pet’s routine, provide plenty of playtime, walks, cuddles, and send regular photo updates so you can have peace of mind knowing they’re in great hands. I am currently night shift at the hospital so i only work 3 days a week! so plenty of time for your fur babies whenever needed ! I own a fenced in yard and have 2 amazing pups of my own. I do separate them on the opposite side of the house so nothing would ever happen!
“This was my first time with her as a dog sitter and I had a great experience. I felt very confident throughout, especially because of her detailed updates, photos, and clear communication about anything that came up. She was reliable and easy to communicate with, and she took great care of my dogs. They were in excellent condition when I returned. I will definitely book her again in the near future.”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats my whole life and have worked at two reputable dog walking/sitting companies over the years, working all around South Florida. I’m currently working part-time so I will have plenty of time for your pets. I am available from early morning to late afternoon for walks and drop in visits. For all visits I always check food/water, any visible messes to clean and bring in mail or packages. After walks I will clean paws and any other directions or medications given. For drop in visits I will clean litter boxes, dispose of waste, with most time dedicated to play. At the end of all visits I update the client with a short note and photos of their pets.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
To find sitters in Astatula with recurring or weekly availability, select "Repeat Weekly" and which days you’d like them to care for your pet.
