About: I am excited to provide drop in visits for potty breaks, exercise and playtime, and lots of loves. I can also provide just walks if that’s what your fur baby needs. I have had fur babies of my own for over 40 years and will treat yours just like family. I have also looked after many friend’s and family’s pets. I work part time from home and could provide drop ins and walks morning, noon, and evening. I currently work from home part time with a very flexible schedule so that leaves me with a lot of down time to look after others pets. I would love to drop in on your pets for feeding, potty breaks, playtime and lots and lots of love. I can take them on walks or just let them out in your backyard to potty and play.

Ali is amazing. She learned our dogs personality on the first day. She made him feel loved. I know that because when she walked in the second day he went wiggle-bottom (something he only does for those who dote on him). Our dog is 92lbs and can be intimidating if you don’t know him. She walked in relaxed and comfortable and that just translated to our dog. Highly recommend her!

About: Hi! My name is Katie, and I have been around animals my entire life. I have owned and cared for dogs since I was born and have experience caring for both dogs and foster cats of all ages. I am comfortable handling puppies, kittens, adult pets, and senior animals, and I understand that every pet has unique needs and routines. I currently have two friendly, neutered, and trained dogs who are well-socialized with other animals. If a pet prefers their own space, I also have the ability to keep dogs separated to ensure everyone remains safe and comfortable. My home is equipped with supplies for dogs, including crates and other essentials, and I am happy to accommodate additional needs whenever possible. Whether your pet needs playtime, walks, feeding, medication reminders, cuddles, or simply a reliable companion while you’re away, I will treat them like family. In addition, I am CPR and First Aid certified and have extensive volunteer experience in healthcare. My goal is to make both you and your pet feel comfortable, confident, and cared for throughout every stay. I am a recent high school graduate and an incoming University of Florida student, so I have a very flexible schedule throughout the summer. I have reliable transportation and am available for boarding, drop-in visits, dog walking, and house sitting throughout the week and on weekends. Because of my open availability, I can accommodate early mornings, evenings, and last-minute requests whenever possible. My goal is to provide dependable care that works with both your schedule and your pet’s routine. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I have a safe, pet-friendly home with supplies to care for dogs of all ages, including puppies and senior dogs. I also have two friendly, neutered, and trained dogs who are comfortable around other animals. If needed, I can easily keep pets separated using crates and separate areas of the home to ensure everyone feels comfortable and secure. I am experienced with both dogs and cats, including foster cats, puppies, and kittens. I carefully follow feeding schedules, medication instructions, exercise routines, and any special requests provided by owners. I currently have a senior dog of my own and have experience administering medications and following consistent care routines. I also provide regular photo and video updates so you can feel confident that your pet is happy, safe, and well cared for while you’re away.

Viana was absolutely wonderful with my dog, Lucy! She arrived right on time, took Lucy on a nice long walk, and followed every instruction I left. I asked her to wipe Lucy’s paws after the walk since I have white furniture and to give her a treat afterward, and she did both without me having to remind her. It gave me peace of mind knowing Lucy was well cared for and that my home stayed clean. I really appreciate Viana’s reliability, attention to detail, and care for Lucy. I would definitely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy dog walker!

With dog training as my core, and having an Executive Assistant professional background of over 20 years, calendar maintenance comes natural and my availability is easily workable around varying schedules. If I’m not at the dog park or training, I can be available for services as necessary. I focus on science-backed methods that are mindful and effective, while integrating enrichment, affection, stimulation (both mentally and physically), rest breaks, sniffy walks, play time and cuddles. I prioritize the pet parents requests and instructions, aligned with fulfillment that meets the dog’s foundational needs.

This was my first time using Rover, but I was going to some theme parks for 2 days and brought my dogs with me from out of town. I knew I couldn't leave them for hours without a potty break, and I have to admit I was anxious since this is the first time using a service like this, but Carli was awesome the entire way through! I'm super grateful to have the option for someone to come walk my dogs and I'm super grateful Carli was so communicative and my dogs were taken care of! I'm coming back to use the rest of my park tickets, and I will definitely book her again. Thank you Carli!!

I’ve had the pleasure of having Ana walk fufu this past weekend. Not only was she available last minute, her report cards at the end their walks showed how much care and love she has for animals. She is considerate, attentive and knew how to create a safe atmosphere for my fufu. Fufu definitely had a blast getting spoiled and having extra time to sniff everything in sight. Thank you Ana!

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
