Over Thanksgiving week I booked a last minute reservation for them to care for my cats. They did a great job at communicating & sending pictures. Since the liter/food/water trays are all automated Dan just felt like he needed to do something for the time he spent with them, other than simply cuddle ? I can easily crate my older dog If needed...my puppy gets along with everyone. Walk, feed, play, medication(s) if needed. My older dog is on heart medication.
About: Hi! I’m Jen and I have over 30 years experience caring for dogs and cats. Neighbors, friends and family have trusted me with the care of their fur babies. I have experience with puppies and senior care as well. I work from home part-time so I have plenty of time to play with your pup and they will never be left alone. I am available weekdays and weekends. I have a fully fenced back yard and 3 small, friendly fur babies to keep your pet company. I have a medium size crate available if needed and a large puppy play yard I keep inside.

At drop off, we were able to make it quick… It was great to see how quickly Button to took to Andrew and his daughter. We are super happy to have found another family to care for our sweetie while we are away!”

“Jill was the perfect sitter for our dogs! She sent pictures daily and you could see how happy they were. Our dog Bryan is a little neurotic and you can’t get him to fake a happy demeanor. If he’s not happy you can tell. She was patient and attention to our 10 week old puppy who was not only potty training but ended up with a UTI 3 days before we were supposed to leave. Jill handled it like a champ! We have definitely found our place!”

Initially, my stress was finding a reputable and fit sitter for my 8 month Daisy Mae daschaund mix and trust me I did my intense research before coming across JC PET HOTEL! After reading the profile they had met my expectation and booked with them. The process online and the fact that they were available for the holidays was amazing and for a reasonable charge. Her husband Jorge and kids greeted me on the day of dropping off Daisy Mae. I must admit, on the way to the airport I was having anxiety and Carilyn and team was ultimately amazing. Every day before lunch I received a picture and an update. The first 2 days she looked a bit nervous and is expected, but by the 3rd day I saw she was at ease. She was having fun with the other furry friends! I was given details of her playtime, treats and toys I had provided and how she was interacting with others. Basically, these updates was so appreciated as I felt they held my hand throughout this whole process to be relaxed and I was assured I would come back to a Happy Daisy Mae. When I arrived to pick up Daisy I was greeted by Carilyn. Such a pleasure to meet her as well.Very friendly and importantly professional and appreciated some training recommendation she shared being that my pup is still learning. Love that they offer daycare as well! Looking forward to coming back in the near future.
