I will also be starting an inconvenience fee if a pup has potty accidents. Thank you for understanding! I also have a 7-day cancellation policy, as stated on my profile. Any refunds will be through rover’s cancellation policy but outside the app there will be no refunds if it is not an emergency (or) if I did not do the canceling. Thank you for your understanding! About: I trained my own dog, but I am not a professional and I groom my mom‘s dog every chance that I get and she loves it every time I do, I respect animals and their space, I’m learning more about dogs and cats and all types of animals everyday I don’t have a job right now. If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
