About: I trained my own dog, but I am not a professional and I groom my mom‘s dog every chance that I get and she loves it every time I do, I respect animals and their space, I’m learning more about dogs and cats and all types of animals everyday I don’t have a job right now but I am working on getting one. I only volunteer at a church every Tuesday's at 7am - 12pm or a little later on. I can feed and water them, I can play with them. I can walk them or let them outside in the back if the owners have a backyard area that has a fence. I have a doggie door, to let the dogs in the backyard. And if your dog isn’t trained to go through a doggie door I can teach them

“Kayla is super patient with my big baby. I appreciated the extra effort Kalya went through to help support my pup during their walk visits. I will keep Kayla in rotation as needed for us.”

“Viana was absolutely wonderful with my dog, Lucy! She arrived right on time, took Lucy on a nice long walk, and followed every instruction I left. I asked her to wipe Lucy’s paws after the walk since I have white furniture and to give her a treat afterward, and she did both without me having to remind her. It gave me peace of mind knowing Lucy was well cared for and that my home stayed clean. I really appreciate Viana’s reliability, attention to detail, and care for Lucy. I would definitely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy dog walker!”

About: I have been around all kinds of dogs my whole life. I had my childhood dog for 10 years (ages 8-18). I have lots of puppy experience from puppy sitting my sisters frenchie. I’ve grown up around Shih Tzus, Frenchies, Goldendoodles, Pit Bull mixes, Chihuahuas, Huskies and Great Danes. I love all kinds of animals! I currently work a part time job Sunday-Thursday. I’m available for walks/potty breaks anytime before noon on those days. Friday-Saturday I am off and have lots of flexibility to stay and play with your babies all day. I am also available for boarding any day of the week! I will care for your babies in the comfort of their own home where they will feel safe and comfortable. With parental permission I can also take them to the nearest dog park to play and socialize with other dogs. Regular updates will be given, whether it’s a text or a cute picture or video.
About: I have over 15 years of experience caring for dogs of all ages, including puppies and seniors, as well as northern breeds like Siberian Huskies, Alaskan Malamutes, and wolf-dog hybrids. I'm highly observant of behavior and body language, recognize early signs that something may be wrong, and provide attentive, individualized care. I'm also comfortable administering medications and following specific care instructions to help keep pets healthy, safe, and comfortable.. I work remotely with a flexible schedule, so I'm able to plan my day around a pet's needs. Whether that's potty breaks, walks, playtime, medication, or keeping a consistent routine, I have the flexibility to provide reliable care. I enjoy staying active and am happy to accommodate each pet's energy level, from walks and jogging to playtime, enrichment, or simply relaxing and keeping them company. Every pet is different, and I'm happy to adapt to what makes them happiest and most comfortable. I review all care instructions with the owner before they leave to ensure I understand their pet's routine and needs. I make sure doors, gates, and fences are secure, follow all safety instructions, and stay attentive to the pet's behavior and surroundings. My priority is keeping both the pet and the home safe while they're in my care.
About: Please make sure you read everything before booking me. I recently got a dog 1 year ago, and I've trained him multiple tricks in just a few weeks, my dog has been in the dog park multiple times, I take my dog on walks and I know how to handle him when or if he starts barking at people or other dogs passing by. Keep in mind I own a 1 year old chiweenie so he is relatively a small dog but, I have walked and still do sometimes walk a medium and large dog, though most of my dog walking experience is from my own dog. As for general pet care experience I do own my cat I have had for 12 years. I'm available 5 days a week and some Saturdays, I enjoy and I'm up for walking dogs around in nature safely. I usually dog walk around 12am-7pm on the days I can. I won’t be dog walking very late at night. I only enter homes if we do a meet and greet first with you and your pet and I also do accept outdoor drop offs. As for dog safety, trust & environment I will do my absolute best to make sure your dog returns safely. I will watch out for any people, cars, other dogs, anything of that matter. It’s my goal for your dog to return safely and for you to be content with the service.
About: I treat every pet as if they were part of my family. I understand that every animal has unique needs, from energetic puppies to senior pets who require extra patience and specialized care. I have experience caring for elderly pets, including administering medications and following detailed care routines to keep them comfortable, healthy, and happy. Whether your pet needs playtime, cuddles, or a little extra attention, you can trust they'll receive compassionate, dependable care in a safe and loving environment. I offer pet care seven days a week and maintain a fairly flexible schedule to meet your needs. I spend my daytime hours caring for my young child and studying at home, which allows for plenty of attention and companionship. I have a very large fenced in yard that's perfect for getting those zoomies out! I do also have one other dog (a border collie named Nori). She is very friendly and would love to play with your fur baby during the day. We have plenty of toys to go around from frisbees, to tug-of-war, to balls, to squeakers, to chew toys. We don't really restrict off-furniture rules, so unless you want me to, your fur baby will be free to chill on the couch or our bed as if they were at home. I do ask that you do not bring your dog's toys. If you would like, you can bring a bed with you.
About: I am a dog mom all the way. I always had a family dog growing up, for 16 years, and now I have one of my own. Espresso is my 70 pound American Bully, the sweetest bulldozer. He is my whole world and I take him to training biweekly, so I have become well acquainted with dog care, responsibility, and love. Although I have one hand, I am extremely capable of caring for animals. I love to take my own dog on long walks, so I would love to do the same for others babies as well! I am also available for pop ins full of love, treats, or both. I work Tuesday-Saturday’s, so Sundays and Mondays are my best days. The other days of the week I am off by 4pm, so I don’t mind evenings as well! I love walking with the doggos letting them get all the sniffs! I will abide by any instructions given to me by the pets owners. Food instructions, leash/collar/harness preferences, and walking routes. I’m comfortable with whatever will make you and your fur baby comfortable.

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Plymouth
Brenda and Dwain seriously took the best care of our dog and cat during our trip and even came back on sudden notice to walk our pup when our flight was delayed. Their updates and pictures made our day and eased our minds. I had zero concerns the entire time we were away. Honestly, I felt like our pets were on their own mini vacay with the walks, attention, and endless love they got. 😂 10000% would recommend them to anyone.

Thank you Katherine for going above and beyond for Jolene!! In addition to amazing communication, there was a day the normal walking path was unavailable. Katherine contacted me and asked if she could take Jojo to play at the park!! Jojo had so much fun on this adventure!! Thank you Jatherine and we hope to see you soon!!

I can’t say enough positive things about Denice!!! Some last minute scheduling changes left me an my JoJo with nobody to walk her. I reached out to Denice for help, and she really came through. She arranged to meet us that same day, and walked JoJo that week. Denice was punctual, had amazing communication, and was JoJo’s biggest advocate—even helping to clean up some of the evidence JoJo left behind after a momentary lapse in judgement!!! Thank you again, Denice! We can’t wait to see you again soon!!!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
