“Jennifer did an excellent job with Janky! Janky is pretty shy and hesitant about being around new people, but she warmed up to Jennifer very quickly. I was very happy with Jennifer and the updates I received from their walks. I highly recommend Jennifer to anyone who is hesitant about using Rover - she’s excellent and you won’t regret choosing her to care for your pet.”

“Bella is a #1 fan of all animals. She has loved them since she was a child, carrying chickens around, snuggling with cats, and teaching dogs new tricks. She has 9 of her own pets including a dog, snakes, turtles, and lizards. She has worked at the tie dyed iguana since she was 12! She is so knowledgeable about all kinds of animals and is planning to attend college in the fall and study pre-vet. Honestly, you won’t be able to find a more responsible, more animal loving person than Bella. Your pets will thank you for hiring Bella!”

She is a quick learner and is also able to pick up on dog body language, positive and negative, and control an animal if necessary. She is careful with rules, on time with procedures, and thoroughly a great worker. She will give your animals the utmost care and protect their safety at all times.”

11. Mara S.
About: I was raised on a small hobby farm in upstate New York. I have taken care of furry friends of neighbors, friends and family for about 10 years. I just recently moved to Missouri from New York after just graduating with my animal science degree from Cornell University. I have worked in a veterinary medicine for the last three years! In my free time I enjoy hiking local trails with my dogs or teaching them new things. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions, concerns or if you just want to talk! Hi! For house sitting: Here is my schedule for most of my clients: feed/play/take out around 6-7am, let them out between noon-1pm, feed/play/take out around 6-7pm, and let them out between 9-10pm again. Although this is the scheduled I follow, I would love to know your schedule with your pets and will try to accommodate them as best as I can! For Boarding: Your pup(s) will join into my family and interact with my two friendly dogs. There is a bell on the door so they can ring it to go out (if trained to do so). I hike almost everyday with my own dogs and typically take any dog that is boarding with me along. My dogs are rarely left alone but when they are, they are crated and I ask that dogs staying with me are also crate trained. All dogs that I board are introduced slowly to my own personal dogs and are closely watched until I feel it is safe for them all to be together. Please let me know if your dog has any type of food/toy aggression before hand so I can accommodate! Drop Off/Pick up is between 6:00-7:00am and 6-8pm the day of. Please reach out with any questions! For drop-ins/house sitting: I am happy to keep your pets on their schedule as best as I can weather that be keeping them in a crate during the day/at night or letting them roam free in the house, ect. I am willing to do anything that keeps your pets happy and stress free while you are away including walks, hikes, playing fetch, or just hanging out on the couch! For Boarding: I have two of my own dogs that are friendly so your dog will just become a part of my small pack while you are away. I’d love to be of any help in taking care of your fur babies! I currently have my own dog, Remi, who is very active and loves to play with others and go out to do things! Our schedule in the summer allows us lots of free time to make friends and help keep them healthy and active all the time! 19. Tika J.
“Tika spent many years around my dog before he passed. Bud was always ecstatic to see her and she always engaged with him and he responsed to her, even after she adopted her own dog. 20. Nicole S.
About: My name is Nicole and I have an associate's degree in animal care. During college, I interned at a vet hospital working side by side with the vets. For 5 years I worked with the vets of the Jacksonville Zoo in the animal health department-caring for sick, injured, and quarantined animals. After this I worked for a dog boarding and daycare facility, first caring for the dogs. Later I managed a daycare and a dog-walking business. I have worked with exotics, farm animals, native animals, and pets. Including mammals, fish, reptiles and amphibians. I got into animal care because I care for all animals. I can do medication, elderly care, and puppy care including potty training and crate training. I am currently homeschooling my children and my husband works from home. My schedule is very flexible and I'd love to care for your pets. For overnight pets, I have a fenced yard for playing, along with plenty of time to snuggle, play, and care for them. I have two friendly dogs that can play with your pet, or if you prefer I can play with your pet one on one and separate my dogs (giving your dog 2 hours of playtime with two hours of rest, repeating, throughout the day). For in-home visits, I will treat your home and your pets with care and respect. I will feed, play with, clean up after, snuggle with, change bedding, do medication or anything else you need.
