“Taylor was great! She came over the day before to meet the doggies. Even though the times I originally requested were a little difficult for her schedule that day (it was last minute,) she did all she could to make it as close as possible- and ended up being there about the time I had requested anyway. I scheduled two visits in one day, and while I said the second visit only needed to be a feed and let out in the yard - she asked if they could still go for a walk. :) She was also very observant and noticed a small scratch on one of my dogs, sent a photo, and asked if I wanted her to treat it. I really appreciate all the attentiveness; and the above and beyond she provided for my babies. Most importantly, the dogs seemed to really like her too. :) We are already planning for her to return. About: Growing up with 2 dogs taught me to care and love dogs of all shapes and sizes! I also cared for my aunts two dogs and two cats each summer since 2020 while she travels out of town. Im comfortable with feeding routines, litter boxes, and I love taking dogs on walks and giving fur babies lots of love and attention! I have a very flexible schedule and enjoy incorporating pets care into my routine. I go for lots of walks during the day and enjoy playing and giving lots of attention to pets! I prefer caring for pets in their own homes where they feel most comfortable. I follow the owners routines and instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walks, litter box cleaning, playtime, and making sure pets feel safe, calm, and cared for while their owners are away.

About: I have a senior pet myself. She is a 15 year old shitzu that I trained (If you know about shitzus they can be very sassy/stubborn lol). I have also raised two of my cats from 6 weeks old. Both my dog and cats are very friendly and tolerable. My boyfriend is home most of the day. I am a waitress so I don’t go into work until 4 or later usually I get out at 9-10 but usually earlier. Besides that I am always home. I care for pets that I am watching just like I would my own! My apartment building has a big yard and i have many good pet friendly parks very close by. I have multiple dog toys, treats, and dog bed (but my dog is small) I also have multiple cat towers, scratchers, toys, and treats. My pets are feed 3x a day morning, noon, and night. My dog is walked at least 2x a day not including potty breaks.

About: My family owned a large yellow lab and I was the care taker of him from a young age. I have taken care of pets for family and friends in the past and am looking to make use of my free time. I recently graduated from college and I am a member of the National Guard. I’m Not currently employed so my schedule is flexible as long if I am given advanced notice. I live in a single story duplex. The neighborhood is walkable but there are no fenced in yards. There are natural trails nearby to accommodate exercise for your pet.

About: I have had four of my own dogs and I have also taken care of my family pets while they went on vacation or my neighbors when they needed someone to walk or wash their babies when they didn’t have time. I would say iam very experienced even with new pups. I volunteer at the animal shelter taking dogs out for the day to enjoy a bit of freedom. I would like to note that I have a puppy of my own who is extremely dog and cat friendly. So that is something to note for any of my customers who would like to board their animal with me! I have a part time job that I only work once or twice a week so I have a lot of availability for when owners need some extra help. I have 2 fenced in backyards! So plenty of room for either a small or large pup to play. I don’t have any other pets so all my attention will be going towards your pup. I love to go on walks nd nice outtings so your pup will always be in eyesight but also him or herself.

About: Hi, my name is Becca. I live with four dogs, two Yorkies(Cocoa and Buddy), a Pit mix and a Beagle (Doobie and Maribel)! I love to play in the backyard with them and take them on walks. I think that it’s important to show dogs you care about them, by spending time with them. I enjoy long walks especially with dogs, it’s more fun when you have a furry friend with you! I look forward to getting to know your dog and learning more about their personality. Don’t hesitate to tell me if your dog has special needs or requirements. My schedule is somewhat flexible. I am currently in paramedic school. My classes are mostly in the mornings, but my schedule is pretty flexible during the afternoons on week days. I have a fenced-in yard, and all dogs have plenty of toys to play with! I often run around in the backyard with them to help get some of their energy out!

About: Hi! I’m Josselyn, a pre-veterinary student at the University of Missouri (Mizzou) with a strong passion for animal care and behavior. In high school, I completed a veterinary technician program and successfully passed the certification exam, giving me hands on experience in animal health and clinical care. I also completed an internship at a veterinary hospital, where I assisted with patient exams, treatments, and daily operations. Most recently, I worked at a doggy daycare, where I gained valuable experience in managing group play, understanding canine behavior, and ensuring each dog’s safety and happiness. About: I’ve been taking care of dogs for 6 years now, and I just recently adopted my own! His name is maverick and he’s a husky, but I also have a cat (bean) and another dog (bronco) who I adopted a few years ago. I live in an apartment complex here in Columbia, and I’m currently a college student! I work full time, three days a week. Tues-thurs! I do work nights so I’m usually free from 8am-6pm on the days that I work, otherwise I’m free early mornings and late at night if needed. I’m available to do drop in visits and boarding on the weekends :) Since I live in an apartment complex without a fence I typically walk maverick on a leash and frequently take him to the off leash dog park near by. I’d be able to do whatever you do at your home to accommodate!

About: My experience with pets started at an early age, as there has never been a time in my life where I haven’t had at least one dog and cat that I absolutely adored and took care of. From fostering kittens to attending the hounds around town walking program for dogs- I’ve had a pretty wide range! I’ve completed a socializing program with my prior local humane society, pet sat many of my friends and family’s’ fur babies- as well as currently taking care of my three sweet cats! About: I’ve been pet sitting since highschool at the age of 14. I’ve am also a veterinary assistant since 2023! I have my own pet that is a very active German Shepherd! I am a college student working at a vet clinic 15+ hours a week in the evenings! I am very flexible during the day time. Most days I don’t work until 3pm! I can easily monitor your pet and make sure it has a blast when in my care! The care I provide for my own pet is something I pride myself on and would love to care for yours!

About: I’ve been a relied upon neighborhood pet sitter for dogs, cats, chickens, and reptiles for at least 12 years. Ive also fostered “bottle baby” kittens on and off for my local humane society for 3 years. I have learned how to read the body language of and understand the needs of many species of pets, and I understand the importance of listening to human direction while working with pets. I am currently between jobs and about to engage in a short term Americorps VISTA position out of state between June and August. I often pick up local volunteer shifts at the Central MO Humane Society and at Columbia Center for Urban Agriculture, however my schedule is very flexible. I am very experienced in working within clients’ homes, whether it has been for pet sitting, house cleaning, or even entering homes to provide social services. Every home and homeowner is unique, and I pride myself in my ability to leave spaces at least as wonderful as I find them.
