“Abigail was great with our dogs! One is elderly and needs meds and special care and one is a handful! She was patient and kind and kept us well informed on our first trip after moving to the area. It was such a relief to know they were in such good hands. Highly recommend!”
“Ellie is amazing ! She took such good care of our dog and gave us lots of updates ! She was always on time and spend a lot of time with him during her check ins . We will definitely use Ellie again !”

“Olivia did an excellent job on her drop in visits with Griffin filling in while his regular Rover person was out of town. And as an added bonus, she brought her dog along a few times for playtime!”

About: • 3 years as veterinary assistant • 1.5 years as a kennel tech for boarding • 3 years as an equine handler for youth pony rides • 6 months shadowing professional dog trainers • Enrolled in Animal Sciences at MU with pre-admission to MU College of Veterinary Medicine Despite the many years I have dedicated to animal care, my passion only grows. My experience in veterinary medicine has provided me the knowledge and confidence to recognize and handle emergencies effectively. Through the years I have collected helpful advice on pet behavior, pet health, and handling that I am always happy to share. I am comfortable handling and providing care to dogs, cats, rabbits, rodents, and some exotics. I have always been recognized for my strong work ethic, and consider your pet’s health a top priority! I am currently working part-time in addition to being a full-time student. Weekends are perfect for me to care for your pet, however I can make some weekdays work as needed. In my client’s homes I am comfortable conducting any routine no matter how specific as I understand the complex needs of every pet. I am very thorough with directions, and have extensive experience medicating animals and handling emergencies.
“Lana is always trustworthy and willing to show up for our pets! She plays with them, spends quality time with them and genuinely cares. She always our go-to for sitting when we have to go out of town.”

“Professional, punctual, and gave so much love to my girl! Highly reccomend Grace to take care of any fur baby.❤️ She always leaves a detailed narratives of walks and is incredibly personable!”

“Abigail will be our #1 animal caregiver going forward. With less than a week until our wedding, Knight (our 9-month old mini goldendoodle) developed a mild case of kennel cough. Since boarding was no longer an option, we hopped on Rover and found Abigail. She came over to meet Knight and the cats, and went above and beyond our expectations. Knight had frequent visits, lots of play sessions, and tons of attention while he was at home. Abigail administered medicine, and we came home to a happy and healthy puppy (all courtesy of Abigail). We recommend Abigail unconditionally and trust her in our home with our fur babies anytime.”

About: Growing up with 2 dogs taught me to care and love dogs of all shapes and sizes! I also cared for my aunts two dogs and two cats each summer since 2020 while she travels out of town. Im comfortable with feeding routines, litter boxes, and I love taking dogs on walks and giving fur babies lots of love and attention! I have a very flexible schedule and enjoy incorporating pets care into my routine. I go for lots of walks during the day and enjoy playing and giving lots of attention to pets! I prefer caring for pets in their own homes where they feel most comfortable. I follow the owners routines and instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walks, litter box cleaning, playtime, and making sure pets feel safe, calm, and cared for while their owners are away.
“Adri did a great job watching our cat. They sent pictures and updates so we knew the cat was being taken care of dependably. I would be happy to hire Adri again in the future.”

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs for 6 years now, and I just recently adopted my own! His name is maverick and he’s a husky, but I also have a cat (bean) and another dog (bronco) who I adopted a few years ago. I live in an apartment complex here in Columbia, and I’m currently a college student! I work full time, three days a week. Tues-thurs! I do work nights so I’m usually free from 8am-6pm on the days that I work, otherwise I’m free early mornings and late at night if needed. I’m available to do drop in visits and boarding on the weekends :) Since I live in an apartment complex without a fence I typically walk maverick on a leash and frequently take him to the off leash dog park near by. I’d be able to do whatever you do at your home to accommodate!
About: I bring more than just a love for animals. I have professional experience working as a vet assistant, so I’m comfortable caring for pets with different personalities, routines, and medical needs. Whether your pet needs extra patience, medication, or just lots of attention and playtime, I’ve got it covered. I genuinely love spending time with animals and strive to make them feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. 🐾💛 I currently am working part-time so I am very flexible and have plenty of time to make sure your furry companions are well taken care of! I will do anything and everything you need to help keep your pets happy and healthy. I will feed, walk, play and love your pets just like I love and care for my own.
“Zoe helped watch our dogs while we were on vacation and did a great job. Dogs seemed to be well cared for and we appreciated the photos and detail about her visits with them. Our dogs can be a bit challenging with their medicines and reactive and she handled it all flawlessly. Would highly recommend her!”

About: My family has had at least one cat my entire life, even as many as 7 at one time when my mom rescued a kitten litter from a busy street. At a young age I learned to both love animals and to treat them with care. In my dad’s home we had a great big dog raised from a puppy, and as a college student I especially miss being able to take a dog on a nice summer walk. I’m currently working part-time in the evenings most days of the week. My schedule varies from week to week but I am reliably available before 3pm daily. I make time to give my cats enrichment daily and play with them in a run to get those zoomies out. My cats are slightly fat from how I like to treat them, but I do not share human food. I would do the same for any pet sitting situation in addition to following the dietary guidelines if your pet needs to eat less treats. Additionally, I would be taking my own tax of pets and ear scratches if the client is willing.
“This is the first time we've used a pet sitter (other than family) and were a little nervous. Juliana sent pictures all week long and it was obvious our pets were well cared for and comfortable with her. I would absolutely recommend Juliana. She's a five star sitter.”

About: I’ve been a relied upon neighborhood pet sitter for dogs, cats, chickens, and reptiles for at least 12 years. Ive also fostered “bottle baby” kittens on and off for my local humane society for 3 years. I have learned how to read the body language of and understand the needs of many species of pets, and I understand the importance of listening to human direction while working with pets. I am currently between jobs and about to engage in a short term Americorps VISTA position out of state between June and August. I often pick up local volunteer shifts at the Central MO Humane Society and at Columbia Center for Urban Agriculture, however my schedule is very flexible. I am very experienced in working within clients’ homes, whether it has been for pet sitting, house cleaning, or even entering homes to provide social services. Every home and homeowner is unique, and I pride myself in my ability to leave spaces at least as wonderful as I find them.
