“Clayton was such a good sitter and extremely trustworthy. My scaredy cat loved him and cuddled with him everyday! I wouldn’t have been able to go get surgery without his help.”

“Abigail was great with our dogs! One is elderly and needs meds and special care and one is a handful! She was patient and kind and kept us well informed on our first trip after moving to the area. It was such a relief to know they were in such good hands. Highly recommend!”
“Ellie is amazing ! She took such good care of our dog and gave us lots of updates ! She was always on time and spend a lot of time with him during her check ins . We will definitely use Ellie again !”

“Olivia did an excellent job on her drop in visits with Griffin filling in while his regular Rover person was out of town. And as an added bonus, she brought her dog along a few times for playtime!”

About: Growing up with 2 dogs taught me to care and love dogs of all shapes and sizes! I also cared for my aunts two dogs and two cats each summer since 2020 while she travels out of town. Im comfortable with feeding routines, litter boxes, and I love taking dogs on walks and giving fur babies lots of love and attention! I have a very flexible schedule and enjoy incorporating pets care into my routine. I go for lots of walks during the day and enjoy playing and giving lots of attention to pets! I prefer caring for pets in their own homes where they feel most comfortable. I follow the owners routines and instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walks, litter box cleaning, playtime, and making sure pets feel safe, calm, and cared for while their owners are away.
“Grace was wonderful! When we met she was super nice and very thorough with making sure we had all bases covered for the visits. Our dogs loved her and we absolutely loved her extensive and descriptive notes did the visits!”

“Abigail will be our #1 animal caregiver going forward. With less than a week until our wedding, Knight (our 9-month old mini goldendoodle) developed a mild case of kennel cough. Since boarding was no longer an option, we hopped on Rover and found Abigail. She came over to meet Knight and the cats, and went above and beyond our expectations. Knight had frequent visits, lots of play sessions, and tons of attention while he was at home. Abigail administered medicine, and we came home to a happy and healthy puppy (all courtesy of Abigail). We recommend Abigail unconditionally and trust her in our home with our fur babies anytime.”

“Lana is always amazing with our dogs. She gives them so much love and attention while we were away. She even asked if we needed the garbage out and took our packages in. She made us feel so at ease while on vacation”

About: • 3 years as veterinary assistant • 1.5 years as a kennel tech for boarding • 3 years as an equine handler for youth pony rides • 6 months shadowing professional dog trainers • Enrolled in Animal Sciences at MU with pre-admission to MU College of Veterinary Medicine Despite the many years I have dedicated to animal care, my passion only grows. My experience in veterinary medicine has provided me the knowledge and confidence to recognize and handle emergencies effectively. Through the years I have collected helpful advice on pet behavior, pet health, and handling that I am always happy to share. I am comfortable handling and providing care to dogs, cats, rabbits, rodents, and some exotics. I have always been recognized for my strong work ethic, and consider your pet’s health a top priority! I am currently working part-time in addition to being a full-time student. Weekends are perfect for me to care for your pet, however I can make some weekdays work as needed. In my client’s homes I am comfortable conducting any routine no matter how specific as I understand the complex needs of every pet. I am very thorough with directions, and have extensive experience medicating animals and handling emergencies.
About: I’ve been taking care of dogs for 6 years now, and I just recently adopted my own! His name is maverick and he’s a husky, but I also have a cat (bean) and another dog (bronco) who I adopted a few years ago. I live in an apartment complex here in Columbia, and I’m currently a college student! I work full time, three days a week. Tues-thurs! I do work nights so I’m usually free from 8am-6pm on the days that I work, otherwise I’m free early mornings and late at night if needed. I’m available to do drop in visits and boarding on the weekends :) Since I live in an apartment complex without a fence I typically walk maverick on a leash and frequently take him to the off leash dog park near by. I’d be able to do whatever you do at your home to accommodate!

“We needed a sitter last minute and Shelbi was able to come and let our dogs out for us! She was great and communicated with us the whole time! Thank you Shelbi for your help!!”

“Adrienna did amazing dropping in on our dog for a few days. She would send pictures of him and update us on how he was doing. I would highly recommend her to anyone and will be using her again in the future!”

About: I’ve grown up around dogs my entire life and have years of hands-on experience caring for animals. Currently, I have two dogs and a cat, so I’m very comfortable with a wide range of pet personalities and needs. I’m experienced with feeding routines, playtime, basic care, and reading animal behavior. I’m happy to go on walks, take dogs to the park for exercise and socialization, and make sure they get plenty of attention and care while you’re away. I’m also open to caring for other types of animals and can provide those services at my cat care rate. My daily routine revolves around being a stay-at-home mom to my two children and our animals. Most of my days are spent at home playing with my daughter while my son is at preschool, which gives me plenty of flexibility and availability to care for other pets. I’m looking to fill that time doing something I love—taking care of animals—while earning a little extra fun money on the side. I treat every home and pet like they’re my own. I stick to your pet’s usual routine as much as possible, so they feel safe and stress-free, and I make sure they get lots of love, attention, and playtime. I’m very respectful of your space and keep everything clean and in order. I also love sending updates and pictures, so you know your pet is happy and well cared for!
“Zoe was so incredible with our doggies. It is always nerve wracking to leave our girls but with the care they received we felt more relieved with every check in, Zoe treated them like her own which is more than we could ask. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be rebooking.”

“Taylor was amazing, as usual - not only with my older dog who she has cared for before, but a brand new to our home puppy. Taylor was a great communicator, prompt to each and every visit, stayed the allotted time engaging with the dogs (even the cats made their way into a couple of pictures,) she sent many pictures, and even cleaned up a few puppy accidents. Thank you Taylor, it's nice to have someone you can trust with your furbabies (and your home).”

“Kaylea and genuinely fantastic. She provides great updates and so many cute pictures. She gives me cat play time or cuddles, depending on what he wants. She goes above and beyond with incredible care, communication, and professionalism. Everyone should book with her.”
